GHOST- please help- or anyone

I am 12.3 weeks pregnant after going through an IVF cycle. My ovaries (left much larger than right) are still extremely enlarged from the cycle. I had my 12 week u/s the other day & since then I've been having intermittent pain on my left side (ovarian pain). My OB ruled out miscarriage & ovarian torsion. What is going on???

No way I could know. I could make some wild guesses, but they'd each be unlikely.

It started with the ultrasound?
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.

I've been feeling great... taking it easy b/c of my enlarged ovaries since the IVF cycle. But the pain all started after my u/s 2 days ago.
