Hi All,

sorry to hear about all the BFN we had in the last days - there isn't much that can be said but I am really sorry and wish you all the best for the next cycle

CT_Michelle - I am soooo sorry for you. I was hoping and praying until last minute for you.

Congrats to all the BFP's :-)

mili - I am with MDR Pharmacy http://www.mdrusa.com/
like kristyb's pharmacy they check really thoroughly on your coverage and it all comes packaged real nicely. There website also has pictures and video's on how to do the injections in case you want to double check. It just has tons of information on IVF.

AFM my 3rd beta last week was 3,175 so it is looking good. MY u/s on Monday was awesome - we have one little one 8) This Monday my progesterone level fell below 15 so I now had to increase my dosis, hope and praying that's it for bad news.

J&C – LOL! I’m not sure if I can take the crown for being the poas queen. My friend who just finished her first cycle of IVF with donor eggs poas 18 times!!!! I couldn’t help but to laugh! I am so glad the needles have helped you. Maybe some of the other ladies who have problems can ask for the smaller ones, too.

Mili – No problem about the updates. I enjoy doing it! And I will be adding you soon!!!! Yes, you still have a good chance to have a + beta so don’t let that nasty single line mess with you. That’s the downfall about taking them; sometimes you may get a false reading. It’s never over until the beta! As for the pharmacy question: I’m not sure if they are a lot cheaper, but I use Shraft’s thru Walgreen’s. GL tomorrow. Hoping for high numbers!

Karen – Glad you finally got some info from that place, and great news @ that! Sounds like you had to pull some teeth!!!

Miyaya – I am so glad to hear that you are continuing on. We would love for you to stay over here with us. I’m going to stick around here and update everyone, but I may jump from here to the June 2010 thread, also. Nothing wrong with meeting more wonderful people. I just hate the idea of leaving all these terrific women!!!!

Mjay & Kiwi – Thank you for checking in on us. Its nice to hear from our “early”members.

Lisa
– that’s great that the shot wasn’t bad for you! Sorry about the illness. PIO only caused me to be tired.

Tonya – Hallelujah! That’s the best way to keep the PMA up is to share it with HIM!!!

Melanie_100 – Hey! Welcome!!! Congrats on your beta! That’s a great #! Thank you so much for your HPT story. We have some ladies who could use the encouragement from someone who has personal experience with it. I’ll see you on the June board, but I’m on the ‘Pregnant after treatment’ side.

Kiwi
– You made me smile when you mentioned your little beanie! I’m so glad things are going well for you and I’m sure your prog. Level will get back up where it needs to be soon.

Johannanita – How about working out a little bit for me too! Don’t you hate it when the clinics don’t give you the details and just try to blow things off?! I’ve heard so many horror stories about the insensitive people @ some of these places.

Syanna
– GL tomorrow!!! Sending sticky dust your way!

Michaela – GL tomorrow!! Sending you doubling vibes!

AFM – Nothing new going on. Just waiting on that u/s on Monday. I’m relaxing right now with a kitty in my lap that is twitching in his sleep while dreaming! Too cute! Still have awful heartburn, but can’t resist the onions, peppers, and hot sauce! Go figure! FYI: I may be MIA a lot for the rest of the week because work is really piling up on me. I will still read and update, but not do quite as many personals. I’ll get back in the groove ASAP! You ladies are the BOMB…like tick…tick….

Hey Ladies,

I hope everyone is doing well. I'm doing great.

shelbyrn0214 – Yes, I was a little surprised too when he told me that he was releasing me that day. I figured I’d at least come back for another u/s in 10 days. I’ll be 8 weeks tomorrow so maybe that’s why. Idk. I think I have 15 more days on POI shots!! YAHOO. I guess every clinic is different. Yes I was a little put off by that but over all I’ve had a relatively good experience. I figured if something was wrong they wouldn’t have released me. I also have my first OB appt on 10/23 so that isn’t too far off. I feel great so I just have to think that things are going well.

CT_Michele – I hope you and DH are able to figure something out. You are always in my prayers Michele. I’ve been following you since the June/July thread. I know not as long as some other ladies, but you have been a constant source of inspiration and information! We’ll be here waiting when you come back.

J&C – I’m glad to hear about your clinic. I was a little worried way in the back of my mind. At least I got two u/s out of it. I’m certainly going to miss going to the clinic. Now I have to get used to a whole new set of people. I hope I like them.

mili27 – Don’t give hope Mili. My first HPT was negative too and I was sooo down on myself. I just tried to keep hoping that it was just too soon. I felt so horrible for doing it afterwards.

melanie_100 – Congrats!!! You know, I’ve peeked over at the May 2010 forum and I just can’t bring myself to post yet. I probably will soon though. All though we’ve started telling a few people I’m still a little apprehensive. Having said that it think it’s funny I feel that way because I purchased my first pair of pg jeans last night. My clothes are just not fiting, especially my pants. I guess I should let go and enjoy it now.

Kiwi – You’re beta sounds great!! I hope the high dosage helps with your levels!!

Yay!!! I am finally allowed to sit up again...so I can join yall again! I have been reading all your posts constantly! Prayers to those having to make tough dicisions right now and congrats to everyone with BBB's!!

Those girls that say they are in pain during the 2ww...amen to my IVF sistas! My back and lower abdomen hurt sooooo much! I mean it is like the worst cramps 24/7. I have taken a meds a few times but it really doesnt help. I thought this bed rest would be relaxing...ha!

Also, I decided to go ahead and stop taking allergy meds and using my eczema cream. Holy moly...Im a disaster! My right got a huge red, puffy eczema patch on it and is almost swelled shut. I also have eczema all over my arms and back. My allergies are going crazy as well. Today I broke down took Claritin, Flonase and put on my steriod cream! I feel so bad...I dont want to harm my embies :( Luckily, I dont have allergies in Colorado, so Ill just suffer until I get home. But as for the eczema...do ya'll have any suggestions???

Shelby-good luck with all your work. we'll miss you! Also, the USA doctors want me to have my beta earlier (woo hoo) so it is on 10/22 (for your updates).

Those with betas tomorrow! GOOOOOOOOOOOD LUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK!!
Prayers and sticky, growing, beta dust to all!!!

Hi everyone. They were able to transfer 2 embies in me. It was kinda of hard for them since it was a curvy path to my uterus. Oh so uncomfortable! Now sitting at home praying my babies will stick. My test is on 10/26. What am I to do now??

Hey Ladies,

Congrats on all the great betas. I am happy for all of you, but please don't be mad at my lack of personals, I will do them soon, I promise.

I am still waiting for af. I haven't taken any progesterone since sunday night, so I thought it would have been here by now. Warning, TMI, all I am getting is this thick, grey grainy discharge. I have no idea what that is about.

I have decided to put my sad energy into something good. I went and finally bought EA sports active for the wii. DH and I are committed to trying and losing weight again. We are both overweight and I am thinking maybe it has affected our chances of getting pregnant. I also looked into some share risk programs and I would need to lose about 50 lbs to get my bmi low enough to qualify for any. So it is good to have a goal. We have needed to do it for a long time but I kept putting it off because I just wanted to focus on ivf.

I am starting to feel better but it is still hard. My mom sent me some beautiful flowers and I have a ton of support from friends. I was supposed to go with my mom's group to a moms night out dinner last night, but I backed out because I still felt sad and didn't want to be a downer, they understood that.

We have a consult scheduled with RE on oct 27. I am sure he will tell us he doesn't know why it didn't work and maybe chalk it up to a bad batch of sperm or embryos. We will probably have to have dh do TESE again (poor guy, 3rd time!) so we can get some sperm now why he still has it. If we don't, by the time we can afford another try or have insurance to cover it, there may not be any there. I am also looking at job options to try and get more coverage.

So good luck to everyone, and I will be around. Like I said, I will do personals soon, probably on friday, but I will still be reading for all of your good news.

Hey everyone.

kiwi- Great 3rd beta! I am anxiously awaiting my second today...why haven't they called yet!

shelbyrn0214- I hear ya! Work is picking up for me too which is a great thing...much needed distraction! I can't wait till you u/s Monday to see if you have twins and we can compare notes!

michaelajt73- Wonderful Beta number!!! Congrats on you BBB!

Johannanita- I know I will be so sad when I get dismissed from my RE (of course if it gets that far...don't want to count my chickens just yet!).

kala0704- Wow, what a pain..allergies, cramps, and eczema! I'm so sorry. I wish I could help but I have no experience with any of those...well besides cramps. I hope you get better soon.

prayin4BFP- You silly girl. Of course it's too early to POAS! wait al least 2 more days...sorry, but I know exactly what you are going through...wait until day 7, the craziness gets worse

syanna- CONGRATS on two embies!!!! Now try to relax and let those little ones dig in deep!!!

CT_Michele- I also had that grey stuff you were talking about. I asked my RE about it and they said it was normal and that it was from the progesterone supp. It freaked me out at first too but I guess it's nothing to worry about. GL with all your hunting for IVF treatments. You will find a way if you are determined and I know you are so it's just a matter of time! And especially good luck on the weight loss endeavor!! If you attack that as strongly as you've attacked IVF treatment, then I am sure you will do great! This is certainly something you have control over (very different that IVF) so go for it hon!

AFM- while I was typing this I just got my call for my second beta!!! It more than doubled to 633! Yay! She said it's a boarderline twins number but I will be very happy either way! I also scheduled my 1st u/s 2 weeks from now on the 27th!!! Can't wait!!! :D :D :D
