SHOULD I TAKE A HPT????

I am 6dp5dt and my Beta is on Monday. This waiting is killing me. I was if it is too early to take a HPT???

it's not too early, but I wouldn't trust the result . . .for my first IVF, I actually tested at 7dp3dt and got BFN's all the way . . . for my second IVF, I didn't do HPT's at all . . . it was WAY more stressful the first time around . . . but to each their own =) You should get some of those internet cheapies (or dollar store ones) . . . that way, if you test daily (or twice a day) until your beta, you won't break the bank . . . good luck

I agree with Dogz. You can't really trust the results. Women get neg the day of beta and are BFP and I got +, but beta was low and resulted in chemical. Either way you can't really trust it for sure. Blood is the best, that's why the RE says to wait.

I am so proud of myself for waiting until my Beta on Monday!!! It has been extremely hard to wait. I had what I hope is a positive sign this morning when I woke up nauseous...I felt like I was hungover but obviously I am not drinking anything. I have never felt this way!!! I am hoping that is a pregnancy symptom!!! We shall see on Monday. I am praying that it is a BFP..I know I will be crushed if it isn't!!! This is my last try for a biological child!!! Please god, just this once!!!
