I am very lucky with Miley when it comes to sleep. We just lay her down and she goes to bed. Had issues early on with it, but she has done good for months now. She is talking so much more. She says mommy, dada, her brothers name, kitty, outside, nana, darn, and much more. She is doing her body parts, she can point to her hair, nose, mouth, eye, toes. sometimes she gets nose and toes mixed up.
I had my embryos disposed several months ago. I had my tubes tied after Miley. I had alot of problems with pregnancy and delivery I could not do it again. But I am blessed with both of my children. It is a very hard decision no matter what you decide. But you have to do what is best for you and your family. and everyone's decision is and will be different. We see that with "octo mom"

Hi Carolina girl!!!
I haven't been here in ages... I haven't been on FB in ages either! I am so busy at work and keeping up with the twins that I am crazy!!! I stopped by today cause I was looking up some "stuff" and thought I would come by... I see everyone else has kind of fizzled off. So sad
Anyway, we are NOT getting flu shots. I have never had a flu shot and I don't want to start now. As for the twins, I am not going to do the shot because I feel their risk is no greater than was mine and they are pretty hearty babies. But the most important reason I won't do the flu shot is that not only do I not wish to tax their delicate immune systems but the flu vaccine contains aluminum and THAT my dear is highly toxic to the brain. I wouldn't even begin to consider the "swine" or H1N1 vaccine because it is WAYYYYYY too new and I truly believe that pharmaceutical companies put these out along with the medical community to earn a bigger buck. I know that sounds cynical but after what has occurred in my life I KNOW these things do happen...
Miley is a cutey pie and I am sure the delight of your life! I wish the other ladies would post an update. I cannot believe the twins are 18months old already!!! I remember being on this site typing away with all my preggo "complaints" like it was yesterday! Wish I was a Duggar cause I'd love to be happily married, not working, taking care of babies/kids and having more!!! Life just didn't turn out that way...but I got my 3 kids and I am happy for that!!!
Love her with all your might and hold her with much delight for she will be on her way into the big cold world soon enough!

Hey this thread seems like its embers are fading... Don't let that happen ladies! Let's all provide an update...
My twins are 21 months old and just perfect. Right now baby boy had "walking pneumonia" - he has had trouble with his lungs since 14 months on and off. I believe it is due to the incompetence of my OB but don't get me started... Baby girl, as was the case throughout their pre-natal growth, is a little bigger and she is tougher too! He follows her lead - its adorable and I am just guessing she knows the female stock in this family...
I keep up with some of you on FB but others are not around here or there...Come and tell us... CroElla - where are you??? Vlada where are you??? WC - what's up???
Hope to hear from you ladies, we can catch up on discipline methods now that these toddlers are seeking independence but have limited communication skills...

update on baby kerryl
hi to every one.
hope it's never too late to say happy new year to you all. It seems loke only yesterday i was battling with infertility and pouring my tears out and now i am the pround mum of kerryl .
she will be celebrating her 2nd birthday in april and she is a real chatter box. She is showing preference for clothes and she is a real vegetable eater.
She is a real daddy's girl and if dady is their she won't let me give her dinner. she is the apple of our eyes and we love her very much.
We surely will not let the tread fade away. I wll keep you all up todate on her develpoment,
