I have a pregnancy test at the doctors office on Thursday. Is taking a home pregnancy test a good idea or bad? Are they usually right at this point? Three day embryo transfer was last Sunday.

I would not . . . beta (blood) tests are the only reliable things . . . I'd wait until your beta . . .
