Ladies why do these doctors try to scare you. The doctor said that I'm 5 weeks 3 days and I'm not out of the gray yet they want to see a fetal pole and heart beat my next sonogram which is an entire week a way- I'm just praying for my little baby to be ok

Hey girls.. So many BFPs on this thread. So excited for all of you.

Just wanted to pop in to say that for being 40 I think I still have it. I have my HSG test tomorrow which is the last of them all and then I'm on my way. My 3 day FSH came bak great at 6.2. My Estradoil was normal at 62 and my sono showed 7 follicles on the left and 6 on the right which I also think is pretty good.

Nurse did call today to say that I could not start BCPs until my menstrual in December (usually around the 25th). She stated that their labs are closing for two weeks around Christmas so they aren't starting any new cycles for the month of November. That puts me at a ER and ET for sometime the beginning of Feb.

It's all good. I'm not sure if I wanted the stress of it all around the holiday's and also this would be the exact time frame from my Nov/Dec 2007 cycle which ended in BFP and a beautiful little girl. It may have been a coincidence.

I'm okay with waiting. I was always taught that good things come to those who wait.

Good luck to everyone and let's keep the BFPs coming.

CTMichele - Are you starting again? Can we be cycle buds for that Jan/February timeframe. We may be each others lucky charm.

Thanks everyone for the well wishes. I was feeling real positive about this. I DID NOT POAS!!!! Yeah for me! Even DH said he had a good feeling last night. I am a little grossed out by foods and stuff like that, I felt some fluttering and my brown spotting stopped on Monday(right when implantation should take place), nothing since then. My (.) (.) are sore too. Then last night before bed, I went to the bathroom and bright red blood and even a teny tiny clot!! I know bleeding is not a deal breaker, but I am not as hopeful anymore. I went from 80/20 positive thoughts to 80/20 negitive thoughts. The spotting has stopped now. It did last about an hour. Not heavy, but it was very much there. I had bright red blood last cycle the day before my beta and ended up w/ a chemical. Hopefully we are not going down that road again. I will let you all know when I find out. Say a little prayer for me please.

AFM - I just got the call and my second Beta is #487, the nurse said they were hoping for anything over 430 and I got it. I talked them into doing a 3rd Beta on Monday just for good measure

1st Sono is Nov. 18th....but I am trying not to get ahead of myself. One step at a time.

Hi everyone -

I wanted to check in with you all, since I've been MIA since my BFN. I hope all of you are doing well, and moving forward whichever direction that may be. I had my follow up appt & RE thinks that it was bfn because of egg quality. But in my favor - he also thinks that since we got 2 perfect embies that there are a few more to be had! OK hooray, that means 1 more ivf - yay? This time he now wants to try an EPP/Antagonist protocol
Ummmm - wasnt that what i asked him to try this last cycle? Yes it was.
at this rate, I think I've now tried all of them! This is the last try w/ the package that we bought from this clinic, so please cross your fingers for me in Dec. I wanted to thank all of you for your company, advice & support through all of this, its meant alot to me. I'll check in now & again to see more of those BFPs - boy I sure want one too!

Yes I am going crazy! The nurse said today they won't hvae results till after 2:30, usually it's 1. I told her to call me first. But she just laughed at that like I was joking. She did say spotting means nothing, it could still be positive. So I feel a little better at least as I wait. Just call already!!!!!
