Hi Traci

I was thinking the same thing  The only problem is that I go away next Thursday to Lanzarote for a week and all my good work at posting will be undone when Tracey gets back although I will never catch you and Tracey in a million years

Did you have a good Easter? How is your treatment going? Do you know how your donor is getting on? I am deffo keeping my fingers and toes crossed for you. Wouldn't it be nice if we both got over the other side this year (and bloody stayed there  ) well for the next 8/9 months!

I went to a Psychic Fair on Sunday and had my Tarot cards read. All I can say is after spending many years being very wary and sceptical about such things that woman was spot on and had me in tears from the beginning. I won't go into detail but she made me come away feeling more positive about my future than I have ever been.

If anyone has pushed aside what these psychics can do, don't, until you have experienced it. We got a recording of the reading on tape so you can listen back and remember all that was said. The fact that she came out with my DH's name, knew he was self employed, knew he was thinking of or had already bought a new car (he bought one the day before  )and mentioned that someone had died with a heart problem (our baby, Katelyn) was enough proof for me. There were lots of other things she knew too.

The best bit is she said I was going to have two children after going through torture to get there - 'nuff said :o !!

I have an appointment with My consultant on Friday. I am excited and apprehensive at the same time. Still no AF since giving birth and it's been 7 weeks this week. Where have those weeks gone??

Take care my friend. I am out today but will try to post as much as I can to get a little closer to the top 8)

Hi Traci

I will try to email a photo of me when I find a decent one. I have wondered what you Nikola and Tracey look like too. You have an image in your mind and then when you see a picture it's nothing like you imagined. Nikola always says she looks like Fizz from Corrie! Tracey says she looks nothing like her. There are quite a few others that I wonder about too. When I saw a picture of Fiona_lk on Fertility Friends she wasn't anything like I imagined. I've only seen a picture of Shell's bump!

I live in Redhill which is near to Gatwick airport. What about you?

Are you busy today? I am off to see Duran Duran at Wembley tonight 8)

Hi Tracey

Great news about your cysts. All steam ahead..................... :D

If you just click on the email at the bottom of my message it should come up with my address. Or go into my profile and click on the email box. The only picture I have on this computer which is decent is one with me PG and a little bump. It makes me sad but I like the photo - typical. I will try to send it to you but I am such a luddite regarding computers it may not work  I will have a go anyway.

I was a big Duranie in the 80's and went to so many of their concerts back then. It should be very nostalgic this evening.

Keeping everything crossed for your treatment honey :D

Hi Girls, sorry to gate crash your thread.

Dagny, I just wanted to say that I am going to see Duran Duran tonight as well!!!! Hope you're going to be wearing a ra ra skirt, bat wing jumper and Miss Selfridges Iron Maiden lipstick!! I've personally opted for skin tight jeans, tucker boots and leg warmers, white ruffly shirt and a silver and black headband! Oh, and wearing my hair in a side pony tail....

I never went to see them in the 80s so am really looking forward to it - should be a good night....

Hope you're both well.

Love

Dolly

Hiya Dolly

I shall keep my eye out for you - your description of your 80's gear sounded all too familiar  I think my ra ra skirt won't have the same effect as it did back then. My legs for one will not look that great with pixie boots and leg warmers poking out the bottom of the skirt :?

I think my DH should have grown his highlighted mullet back in just for tonight

We are on the Red side block 5. Where are you??? Perhaps we are sitting near each other  Wouldn't that be spooky!!!!!

Have fun :P :P :P :P :P :P :P :P

Hi, the scary thing is that you can buy ra ra skirts in the shops now - I didn't think they would ever come back!!!

I'm not sure where which block are seats are in - a friend from work booked the tickets and they didn't turn up - so we have to pick them up at the box office when we arrive.

I hope we see a few people with highlighted mullets! My husband had one of those long fringes across one eye (a la Martin Fry from ABC) - luckily I never knew him then - I met him when he had a bleach blond flat top and I had a perm.

Dolly

PS: who was your favourite - I always fancied John Taylor!

Hello

Sorry to but in on your nostalgia but you make me wish I was going. I also didn;t see Duran Duran but I did fancy John Taylor. I lived in the country then and no-one came that far. Plus I was such a Toyah fanatic.

Your talk of ra-ra skirts and mullets and ABC really cheered me up.

I love the support band, Goldfrapp, so I hope you both enjoy it.

Let us know how the concert was and if there was anyone there under 30. I have seen Soft Cell a few times recently and there never is. The good thing is everyone always sings along. Its great and I am sure they will do with Duran Duran.

have fun

Hi Dolly and Tania

I fancied all of them apart from Andy Taylor, but then again who did?? There is always odd one isn't there. I suppose Simon was my fave but have you seen him now?????? I went to the Duran concerts a few years back when it was the other members not the origional line up and the place went crazy when they did the old stuff. We were standing next (3 feey away) to Yasmin  Dh spent the whole concert facing her and not the stage, the old letch. I could hardly scream out 'Simon I love you' standing next to his wife could I? Hee hee - as if!

There were a quite few blokes 30+ wearing all the new romantic gear and still had 80's hair cuts!! We did laugh. if there was a place on this site to see photos I have a great one of me and my best friend dressed up before a concert. It is soooooo awful. I have one of my DH too dressed literally as Simon Le Bon    Oh the good old days.

As it's all the origional line up it is going to be awsome 8) tonight.

Must go and put my blusher on and iron my boob tube, byeeeeee

Dolly, we will have to compare notes about the concert tomorrow.

Love Dagny xkx

Hi Traci

I had a super time last night although feel shattered today - must be getting old

The boys strutted their stuff and did lots of their old songs which was great but the new songs didn't get my attention really. I don't know why they had to do any new songs we were all there to hear stuff we knew and loved. They were very good though. I looked out for Dolly even though I have no idea what she looks like  :? what a nutter! No, not Dolly, me................

I got my AF last night just as we arrived at Wembley(1st one since giving birth) which really pi$$ed me off. My tummy was so bloated and sore  What a pile of plop!!! Well, I suppose my body is getting back to normal whatever normal is?? I am deffo NOT normal.

I got your photo of you and Cam. How lovely did you look???? What a fantastic wedding you must have had. You both looked so happy and loved your outfits. Your cat Cooki has got a great expression. He has that pi$$ed off look but I suppose all the problems he has with his health who can blame him!! He looks really sweet though.

How are you today?

Love Dagny xkx
