I spotted a little yesterday and today (light red yesterday, brown today), and I'm freaking out a little, but maybe in a good way? I've never spotted in my previous cycles (not even my chemical) - I didn't see a sign of AF until I was off the progesterone for a couple of days. Also, this time I'm on the estrogen too (bc of the FET). Is it possible that this is AF starting even through those meds? I hope not. Is this the right time for implantation spotting? Yesterday was 10dpo (7dp3dt).

And of course, DH is out of town this weekend, so I have no one to drive insane about this except you ladies (and myself). I'm going to get out of the house and try to distract myself.

Will. Not. POAS.

Neffi- Yeah for your embies! Good luck with your trasfer. Sticky dust to you!

Beth- I had spotting too. I think you would be about the right time for implatation. I started a thread about my spotting because I was freaking out at the time. I had it for 3 days. Not too much but some everyday. At first I thought it was implantation then I started to worry because it kept going. Everyone told me not to worry. The night before my beta, I had some bright red spotting and was in tears. I figured it was all over with that. That was 12dp5dt, way too late to implant. The nurse said at my beta that they pay no attention to bleeding, you could be pregnant and spot or not and spot. My beta was 960! Also yeah for no POASing!! It is so hard to wait, but the HPT's really won't help ease your mind.

Neffi-GROW EMBIES GROW!!! I cant wait to hear about your POAS marathon! Just make sure you wait til 8dpt. I think most of us have had negitives too early cuz we are too impatient.

Beth-no worries about the spotting. It is time for the implantation. It is just your little one(s) digging in.

bjones-make a ticker! You go to lilypie.com, design your ticker, use the bb code one, but after you copy and paste it, delete everything that is before the [img]and%20everything%20that%20is%20after%20the[/img]. It will work once you do that.

Hello Ladies.......It's been waayyy too long. Everythinig is going really well for me so far. I've just been so busy at work and then when I get home I don't go anywhere near the computer! Sounds like things are moving right along around here. :D

Just a few personals because I only went back about 1 wk and it's been like 3 since I've been on here.

Shelby - I don't recall if I congratulated you before on your twins or not. WOW, that is so exciting. I'm so happy for you and DH. I hope things continue to progress well for you and your babies. I hope you feel better soon. I've had a little of a sore throat for the last couple of days. I've been drinking lots of tea with lemon and honey and been trying to mentally fight it off. I don't want it to get worse.

Lisa10 - Alright!!! I am super dupper excited for you. :D :D :D Your betas are rising nicely. I hope you see your complete yolk next u/s. I'm praying for you!!!

teachersmom - I am so sorry about your BFN. I pray that things work out for you next time. I did follistim and menapur during my last cycle and it worked for me. During my first checkup after starting stims I had what appeared to be 1 dominant follicle. The nurse gave me the don't be surprised if your cycle gets cancelled talk. Don't let that be a deterant. I ended up with 8 embies at ET and was even able to freeze 2. Don't give up hope!

jaydent - I am so sorry for your loss. My heart is broken for you.

bjones22 - Congrats X2!!! Good for you!

Michelle - Beautiful pics! I hope everything works out for you and DH.

kala0704 - I hope you get better soon!

I'll pop in here and there, but I think it's time to move on. I think I'm going to brave joining the May 2010 mommies. (if I can muster up the energy to post) :D Let me tell you this ladies, I was released from my RE at about 7 weeks and I had 2 u/s. I went to my first OB visit expecting to get another u/s, NOT. She said I had already had 2 and most women only get 1 during there pregnancies. WHAT?!! I was so dissapointed. Once you get to see your little bean, cherish those moments because it will be a while before you see your little one again. I did get to listent to the HB though and it was the most beautiful sound I have EVER heard. Makes me teary eyed just thinking about it. I will get a u/s soon though because my ob recommened a screening test that is done during my 1st trimester and second which consists of b/w and u/s. I have to go to a perinatalist so i hope it will be a super great pic since i have to get a fancy dancy u/s.

Well ladies, I just want to thank all my cycle buddies that offered so many words of countless encouragement. This site and you ladies is what got me through my cycles and I want to thank you all for being there for me time and time again. To all the BFP, I wish you all H & H pregnancies. Now come a whole new set of worries. (joy :D ) To all the BFN, I pray that your day will come soon! To all the other ladies in various stages of this wonderful journey called IVF, keep up the PMA and lean on your IVF sisters for support. That's why we're here!

I always have you all in my thoughts and prays.

Hi everyone,
Just a quick post-
Johannanita- so good to hear from you! I'm glad all is going well. I understand how you feel about not getting u/s on a regular basis anymore. I was seeing an OB for my daughter that I didn't really care for because he didn't take my issues seriously. I have some large fibroids and he just said don't worry you're fine. I chose to see another OB and he not only had me see a perinatologist once a month, but he also did an u/s each visit. He does a scan on every pregnant woman every time they go to the office. He said it's one of the best ways for him to "see" what's going on and even though he doesn't get paid for them, it gives him peace of mind (and his patients as well :)

bjones- congrats!! Love the ticker :)

Jaydent- I'm so sorry for your loss.

AFM- the Follistim and Menopur seem to have done the trick! It looked early on like I might get a dominant follicle, but the others caught up! I am triggering tonight and have my ER on Tuesday :) My RE thinks he may be able to get 4-5 eggs which is GREAT for me!! My ET will be on Friday. I know I'm past the Sept/Oct cycle, but just wanted to keep you posted.

CT michele-- I am soooo hoping this worked for us this time. I will be able to put the IVF world behind me for a awhile. I'm not sure if I want more than two or not yet, but I will be satisfied with two and will be able to put this part of my life behind me. I feel like this has been my world for three years, and I would like to enjoy my husband and family without always thinking about getting pregnant! I'm sure you know what I mean. Thats for the baby dust! I think I saw you on the nov/dec thread? Are you cycling again? I'll have to jump over and see!

No, I wish I was cycling again. I just saw a whole bunch of familiar names there and had to crash and wish them luck. Still no money for ivf for me. I still haven't even talked to RE yet. This week was pretty tough for me, I got really sick with some sort of gi bug, even got taken to the emergency room via ambulance for it, so I am still recooping. But I plan to call the office soon.

And I know exactly what you mean. I want to keep trying for a bigger family, but I think I am done with ivf at least for the holiday. I just want some normalcy around here and we will worry about it when we can afford it. I have to worry about taking care of the blessing I already have first. But I hope to be back cycling again someday soon. For now I will continue to lurk...lol

Lisa and Kala - Thanks for the reassurance - I'm hoping for the best, but assuming the worst. I broke my POAS vow and did a FRER on Sunday morning. I was getting my hopes really high, and wanted to see if I had any reason. And I figure I already know about the possibility of a chemical again. It was negative. Then I looked at the box later and realized it expired in April of 2008. I don't know how much that really affects the test, but at least now I feel more prepared for a BFN. I'm not spotting any more, but I've got absolutely no symptoms.

Neffi - are we the last ones waiting for a result on this board? How are you holding up?

Hi Beth and Neffi: I am still lurking around waiting to hear how things turn out for you ladies, I am hoping you two wrap up this board with a BIG FAT POSITIVE! Beth I had absolutley no symptoms at all, I never POAS but was so ready for the call with the BFN, I even had some ideas for my next cycle ready. Imagine the surprise when I got the BFP and my first beta was 256. I have had 3 betas so far and they all we in line with what was expected, now I have just been waiting and waiting and waiting for my 1st u/s which is 11/18. This past weekend I started cramping and it has continued. I am trying not to worry but everytime I go to the bathroom I expect to see blood. It really sucks to be so paranoid about every little thing, but seems there are so many stories of things starting off great and ending wrong. I have never made it this far and am really hoping for a heathly happy baby...we all deserve it!

Hang in there you two!
