So after trying IVF two times unsuccessfully with PGD, we are now trying superovulation. It's sort of a step back for us because the whole idea of us doing the extra testing with IVF was to prevent miscarriages (I had 4 in the past due to chromosomal issues). So this time they're just stimulating eggs to be produced and doing insemination without ANY testing. Went for bloodwork and ultrasound today and they saw 13 follicles, so there's potential for 13 eggs. I start Gonal F (450) tonight through Thursday and back in on Friday for bloodwork and ultrasound.
If 4 eggs were to fertilize after all this and two of them don't work out, how do they get rid of the two that don't work out? Do they just come out naturally and the remaining two stay inside?

Superovulation is another name for ovarian stimulation. Almost all IVF patients, and almost everyone posting here, has undergone superovulation.
In your case, you are using superovulation in an IUI cycle. Many patients here have done stimulated IUI before doing IVF.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
