When to change REs?

I have been ttc for 5 years now. Started using current RE a year ago. I have been through 2 fresh cycles and 2 FETs. My last fresh being the only cycle to get a BFP only to miscarry at 6wks. DH and I are both 39 and approaching 40 fast. How long should you stay with a clinic before moving on?

Are there any signs that the failed cycles are the fault of the clinic?

No... I know the problem is me but I have pushy family who think I need to go else where. I just want info to shut them up.... I feel very comfortable with my RE and trust what is he doing. I did get BFP this time but m/c at 6 weeks. My very 1st BFP in my 39 years of life.... I saved my HPT's for encouragement... If it can happen once it can happen again... Which I know can be same for m/c...
