HELP! Low estradiol levels after 4 days of stims...
So, I'm on 75 units of Gonal F. I have done 4 shots so far. On my u/s today, showed 12-14 follicles growing. Estradiol was 25. They are upping me to 112.5 units. Am I going to have a problem with my estradiol? Will they cancel the cycle?

They have you on a mild stimulation protocol.

Yes, they do, b/c I got bad OHSS with being on 150 units on my first IVF. This is my second IVF...
Well... I guess if my levels are still not going up tomorrow then we will know more. My thoughts are if this is not going right, I rather stop everything and start over in January/February. I have prayed about this, so hopefully we will know if this is the right time or not.

Thank you Ghost for the recommendation! They upped my dose to 112.5 and my estradiol has gone up. On this past Friday, I have 5 follicles that measured at 10-11mm and about 8 that were at 8-10mm. I am hoping that those will catch up. My next u/s is on Monday morning. My lining has gone from a 5.2 to an 8. So, that is improving as well. I really don't see any signs of OHSS and don't expect to with still taking this low dose.
