Seeking advice: I'm so confused and frustrated with my RE (kaiser) she treats all patients like cattle if you will. She told me that my eggs were quiet and only produced 2 follicles on one side. So she canceled my cycle told me she guess my body is unique to her protocol Antagonist which she gives to all her patients and since my body did not take to follistum and menopur she is not sure what other medications i could take to stim.. Is this true? No other medicines?

There are several FSH products on the market (Follistim, Menopur, Repronex, Gonal F, Bravelle), but they are pretty much all the same thing. For low responders, some clinics try flare cycles (this protocol uses an FSH surge from your pituitary to get stimulation going), and some try priming with estrogen or DHEA (a steroid androgen, similar to testosterone) or growth hormone.
There is some evidence supporting each of these, but more convincing evidence is needed.
