Hi Bronagh

Thanks for your message on the May CBs thread. I'm raring to go. Things have now gone a little pear shaped, and may now start following month. Anyway, we'll see ....

I just wanted to tell you that, since hearing you rave about Zita's book a few weeks ago, I went and bought it. I've only done one ICSI, but really wish I'd read the book before I started. As you say, it's so packed with useful info .... You'd have to be a saint to follow it 100%, but even making some of the changes must give better odds. I definitely feel a lot more positive having read it, and having adopted some of the her tips. Will definitely take more time off work after next ET, and let that blood circulate the abdomen !! (well, good excuse to stay in bed !).

Hope you're doing okay

Sandra

Sand ,
missed your post it must have slipped of my computer screen,I have found the book great and its strange if you follow the food advice for the detox when you have anything very swet afterwards it tastes dreadful so that can only be good. I like the pictures and stuff as well there is so much to figure out it does'nt always sink in the first time someone tells you.

Anyway good luck.
