Success Stories? 3dt after failed FETs/5dts?

We've now had 3 fresh cycles, all with 5d blast transfers, 3 frozen transfers, and are now in the 2ww from our 4th fresh cycle. 2 embies transferred, RE chose to do 3 day transfer after 2 chemicals and 4 BFNs from frozen and fresh. Any one else had a similar path? Each time, embryos are excellent quality, this time 8 cell grade A.
RE changed to Menopur and added Estrogen this time.
Also, I have mild clotting issue, but taking Aspirin for that.
Other stories of this many attempts that ended in BFP?

just wondering what your "clotting issues are" do they have you on heparin injections as well as baby asprin?

i too have some of the "anti-phospholipid anti-bodies" this is my first ivf cycle and no history of m/c. however, i had a strong family history of multiple m/c. so my clinic just did the all the "pregnancy loss labs" and they found out that i was postitive for some of the antibodies. hence rather than waiting for me to m/c or take the chance of a m/c. they are treating me with asprin 81mg and heparin sq twice a day!

just a fyi..... i do have a BFP (first try!! )

ive been on asa and heparin since my ER

you might want to ask your RE about heparin and if indicated it could be an good idea. but it doesnt go with out risks.

My first fresh cycle we did 5 day transfer BFN. Then did frozen BFN and used the last of my frozen also BFN. On 2nd fresh cycle we did a 3 day transfer and I got a BFP. My betas never doubled like they should and when we went for ultrasound there was no heartbeat and measurements were not where they should be. Miscarried at 7 weeks. We did additional labs and found clotting disorder so for next FET we will had lovenox. Keeping my fingers crossed, we will try again either end of January or beginning of February.

Hi Ladies,
I saw a hematologist for my clotting issue, mutation of the prothrombin gene, and he did not feel my case warranted Lovenox. I am taking baby aspirin. My RE sent me to him, and I didn't get the feeling that he bought into the miscarriage/clotting connection. Perhaps because both of mine were chemical, and not a later loss.
Ironically, my mom had 1 low birth wait baby, lost twins at 6 months, had placenta problems with me, which nearly resulted in m/c, and had 2 other normal pregnancies...she also had a stroke at age 57. I am certain she probably has the same clotting issue.
