Our journey to success after IVF failed! Our hope and dreams

I woke up this morning and decided to share my story. My name is Jennifer, about 10 years ago my husband and I decided we wanted to start a family. We were only 23 years od at the time. We planned everything out and then waited, and waited, then waited some more. After 2 years we went to a reproductive doctor. After months of tests that went into so many details of our personnal lives, we were told that we had unexplained infertility. We were put on Clomid and femara in the beginning, I ovulated but didn't get pregnant, then came the injectibles, Gonal F, Follitisum, all while doing IUI. After 5 years of ttc concieve we actually moved to a state that covered IVF treatment. We started trying again right away. We did 5 IVF cycles with no success, no one could tell us why. We decided after 10 years and 4 months of ttc we were DONE. We were going to adopt. We started the process and we were paired with a beautiful birth mother and father. It was a month before the our daughter was coming home that I learned that I was pregnant. WOW! I have no idea why or how. But, I was pregnant. We continued with the adoption and now have a beautiful daughter we named Mary Katherine through adoption and a new born daughter we named Hope. It's amazing how much love I have for them. I just thought I would share our story. I am so glad I went through everything I did, it got my right where I am today.

Most of us if not all clearly share the pain you went through then, so I am personally happy for you. I have being married for 5 years, and due to male factor, although he has four kids already, we have not succeded in having kids yet, as a couple, even through icsi.

We have just being approved to adopt a little baby girl, and your story probably was meant for me, that may be through that God may bless me with one from my womb.

I wish you and your lovely daughters a beautiful and peaceful life together filled with many blessings.
