Early miscarriage accompanied with spotting? ghost/anyone

Hi all. I am 5w5d pregnant and this is my first pregnancy and I am pregnant after a FET. My concern is lack of symptoms and since I have never been pregnant I am not sure what is normal for me. I do have tender breasts and am very fatigued, but I am also on PIO shots as well as estrogen patches so understand that these symptoms are related to the supplements. My HCG at 8dp5dt = 148 10dp5dt = 422.

My question is could I have miscarried and not have known it? Would I have some spotting or cramping? Or is it possible to have no blood and still have miscarried? I am very concerned because I just don't "feel" pregnant and my U/S isn't until Friday .

i dont feel prego at all either, except today the nausea started!!!

from everyone who i talk to who has had normal prego's most people dont even know they are prego until just about now! 5-6 weeks.

so dont worry, you should have some bleeding.

There are virtually no reliable symptoms. Those you mentioned are associated with progesterone, whether from the corpus luteum sustaining a pregnancy or from supplements. But you know you have progesterone, so that is no issue.

Your hCG numbers look great.

Miscarriages are normally associated with bleeding. I doubt you've had a miscarriage. You've posted no evidence of one.

You will have plenty of time to feel pregnant later. This is a time to relax and ponder some names for your baby.

I had no symptoms at all until about 6 or 7 weeks when I started to feel sick and sick and then sicker...uuggghhh!!!!. My breast were never tender until recently around 28 weeks preggo, so try not to stress, even though I remember how stressful it was those first 12 weeks. Good luck to you and just try to enjoy being pregnant
