Hi There,
Thanks in advance for all of your great advice...hope you had a great holiday.
I am calling my RE tomorrow, but I had OHSS, had to be tapped once, and the symptoms have now subsided for the most part. Still a little bloated, but nothing like it was. My problem is, I have had a stabbing pain in the upper right quad of my abdomen since the OHSS started, and it is still extremely painful. Mostly when I stand or have been up and moving around. Laying down I have no pain unless I twist. At first I though it might be a pulled muscle, but it is not getting any better (the stabbing pain is actually a bit worse). It's now been almost 2 weeks since the height of the OHSS.
Have you ever heard of a liver contusion or some type of herniation as a result of OHSS? It's the only thing I can think of....?
Just curious because it seems strange for that type of pain, no where near the ovaries....?
Thanks!
