Anyone got a BFP with very low AMH

Post by babyluv123 »

Hi All

My AMH report came back as 0.0 which is very low/undetectable. I read online and it says I might have to use donor eggs. But I dont want to go that way. I want to use my own eggs.

For my last 2 ICSI cycles, doctors manage to get 4-6 eggs and 2 good quality embroys were tranfered each time. Does low AMH not allow embroys to stick??

Anyone with success tories witl low AMH and BFP with own eggs. Please share!!

My FSH is 6.17 (Day2)
LH is 1.52
TSH 3.91
T3 2.86
T4 1.01

Please Help!

AMH is an indicator of ovarian reserve only. It does not indicate receptivity. However, poor responders are often stimulated longer and with more FSH, and this just might impair uterine receptivity. A few years ago, a study showed that patients randomly selected to stimulate for two days longer than the standard duration had lower implantation despite having embryos that were at least as good as those stimulated for the standard duration. The conclusion was an impact on uterine receptivity from the longer stim.

If you get good embryos, then don't worry about the AMH.

However, just because they look good does not mean they are good, and that is especially true if you don't take them to the blastocyst stage. Many day 3 embryos, and even some blastocysts, that look normal are not viable.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
