2nd down reg bleed on syneral...worried!

Hi everyone, Happy new year!!!

Hope some one could reply, as i am worried,.,.. and im not usually a worried, quite a laid back person,.....
But ive had a 2nd bleed, whilst down regging. I am sniffing syneral.
Started sniffs on day 21. the 16th Dec, and had a bleed on 25th, which was the right time, when i expected it, and then today, i started to bleed again.... full flow with pains.
Cant call clinic til monday morning.... has any1 had this before on a cycle... as last cycle i didnt have it, and now i am worried something is wrong, i did have a bad cold before xmas and over xmas, and was worried then that would affect down reg, but clinic assured me as long as i could taste it, it was working, and ive had all the menopausal symtons so im sure its worked, but why this bleed, what does it mean??? its totally out of the blue, and wasnt expecting it.
Someone please give me you thoughts on why this has happened, and whats happening within my body, and will effect stims, which are due to start on 7th.....

My clinic stopped using Synarel years ago because nasal absorption is not reliable enough. Perhaps that was true in your case.
