I had my ET day before yesterday with two embryos. Right after the ET when the RE was wrapping up everything he handed me a small picture that showed my bladder, uterus and little white dots which he said were the embryos...I went in today for my blood work and ultrasound to check the uterine lining and I asked him if he could see the embryos and he said he won't be able to as they are too small at this point. I should've asked him but now I am wondering how is it possible that during ET he was able to show me a picture and now they cannot see them? Any advice. Thanks.
At the time of ET, the RE uses a tiny puff of air or saline to push the embryos out of the catheter. This is the white dot you see... it's not the actual embryo. After transfer at my clinic, RE always has the embryologist look at the catheter under microscope to be sure it was indeed expelled. Hope this clears it up for you. My FET was today... beta on 1/15. Wishing us both BFP's!

Exactly. The air bubbles can be seen on ultrasound, but the actual embryos cannot.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
