dys24, Chaz was a major grunter! I figured out though that his was mostly from gas. I changed his formula and he immediately got better. I also started to burp him more and occassionally give him gas drops. Now when he starts to grunt in the middle of the night, I grab him, burp him and he immediately goes back to sleep. Now Jos has started to grunt but I think hers is from acid reflux and unfortunately burping isn't going to help her. I feel so helpless! Do you swaddle her? I find this REALLY helps with the squirming. My twins can't really get into a deep sleep without being swaddled. I've read that the moving of the arms and legs are all reflexes they can't control yet so they like the security of being swaddled. My family call them straight jackets...by hey, it works!

Congrats by the way! It took you long enough woman! lol j/k Like Amy said, be sure to join us on the Parents after Treatment board!
