IVF and egg sharing

Post by wishfulthinking »

hi everyone,

I'm after some friends who will be going through IVF treatment at the same time as me. i am going to be sharing my eggs with another couple. i have been told that my treatment will start at the end of jan and to expect ET at the end of march / beginning of april. the process leading up to ET being 8-9 weeks. This is mine and my husbands first time so the whole thing is very daunting. I want to feel excited but at the same time i don't want to build my hopes up. Anyone out there with any advice or useful info please send it my way xx

wishfulthinking - It does seem very stressful to go into IVF.You came to the right place, we will ease your worries and keep your spirits up. IVF to me anyways is like a gamble, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose. It will test your patience, your strength and even your sanity  I hope to have another baby one day that is why I am still here. As you can see from my signature, I have been doing IVF for awhile. Take one day @ a time, that is all we can do. I'm starting my BCP tonight, so maybe transfer mid febuary or so. Some people on here get preggo first try and I hope for you that comes true :D You never know with IVF, every cycle is unique in itself
