First of all good luck to all!!! Has anyone had a slow start on meds? My E2 is not has high as it should be on day four. I am now on day 7 so I'm hoping when I go to the Dr. on Friday, it will have risen. I was at 311 on day 4. The Dr's want me between 500 and 1000. I was told there are lots of slow starters. I need a piece of mind. I'm so worried.

Like you, I was very concerned that my e2 wasnt where it should be. Here's my history:
Baseline - 53
After 3 Days of Stims - 54.9
5 Days - 117
7 Days - 317
9 Days - 661
11 Days - 1396
Trigger on day 12 - Suspected 11 follies
Retrieved 16, 11 viable for ISCI, 9 fert, 6 made it to day 5 and 2 ET and 4 Frozen.
I dont want to give you false hope b/c everyone is different. However, during my cycle I obsessed over e2 numbers and searched the internet to see what other numbers were at. I've seen some people trigger at 3,000 and others trigger at 1,000. My Gonal F was costing my insurance $400 per day and the Menopur was another $300. I wanted them to cancel my cycle to avoid spending all my insurance benefits on a failed cycle. But thankfully I trusted my doc and here I am today. I hope you get the result you need.

E2 rising finally!!!

Thanks for the kind words. I went fo another u/s and bloodwork today. My E2 went from 311 to 2000 in three days!!! I'm so happy is going up. I have another u/s bw on Monday. to check the follicals and everthing else. I may have retrieval on Wed!!! I'm so nervous!!!! All the best to everyone!!! keep me posted.

I'm still crossing my fingers for everyone. I did my E2 test today and it's now at 7500 wow. I'm on my last stim tonight. I do go for more bw tomorrow morning. I'm still soooo nervous.
