IVF Cycle Cancelled
We were scheduled to start our 1st IVF cycle this month. I have Lupus SLE which has been in remission for about 4 yrs., but now I am having a flare up. So my rheumologist and my fertility doc decided I should wait until April. I am now on steriods for the lupus in hope my blood work looks better in 4 weeks. I am so depressed Lupus is a part of my life so will it ever be the right time? All my friends and family tell me how sorry they are but they really don't get it. Thanks for reading.

Amanda I am so very sorry that this has happened.
However I am sure you would want to be in the best of health before you are expecting since baby's or your health could be compromised. I am sorry if my words hurt, not my intent.
I hope you are better well before April and can cycle again.
