Long time no speak! Hope you are okay.
I've had the same private message too. I've reported it to Dr Marcus yesterday as I was worried. Hopefully he can block this user (who hasn't posted any legitimate messages, but presumably just lots of these horrible private ones).
Now I know you have had one too, I'm not going to worry about it too much more. Just don't go to the link he/she quotes ....
