Hello everyone. My dr put me on bedrest/take it easy for 48 hours. i laid completley flat in my recliner with lots of pillows and only got up to pee or get something to drink. My friend stayed with me all wknd to help, because my husband is deployed. Im still taking it easy, not really doing much but more then i did all wknd. I go for my first beta on feb 9th. good luck to everyone and their journey

I just took it easy for a day or two, no actual bed rest. The next week was thanksgiving and I was a crazy lady running errands and host the holiday at my house. I was shocked I got a BFP considering how hectic that week was. Just goes to show the bedrest is mostly B.S.

My clinic requires that you rest for the remainder of the day after your transfer and then back to normal/light duties the next morning. With my 1st transfer and 2nd transfer I took it easy for 2 days and my 1st was BFN and my 2nd was BFP (but I miscarried at 5 1/2 weeks). I am beginning to believe that if your body is at the right stage and the embryos are good then all will work. Any thoughts on this?
I think I'm getting nervous about the ET and upcoming 2ww. right now there's nothing really I can do, you know what I mean? My clinic says one day of 'rest and recline' and then return to normal duties. I'll be flying home the next day - with three weeks worth of luggage. I'm seriously considering shipping one suitcase home via courier or greyhound, and packing up the morning of ET - then getting help with the rest at the airport? Sigh.

i only rest few hours after the transfer and then I went out walked my dog and food shopping.. I went back to work next day. I tried not to lift heavy stuffs. I got a BFP. My suggestion is dont get too stress out, just take it easy. Good luck!
3 days strict bedrest - I was only allowed to get up to use the restroom but no shower - it was very very hard but we got a BFP with our first try, so I would do it again.
