Hi - I hope you don't mind me sending a message I was reading one of your posts and I saw you mentioned you had Ulcerative Colitis? I had this as a child but due to the severity of the problem I had an Ileostomy at the age of 12 in Great Ormand Street - I was due to have a reversal at 18 but the section that was left was still not settled so I had this removed and now have my a permanent Ileostomy. The surgery so early on in life and my changing body resulted in severly blocked tubes - hence the IVF . I am now 23 weeks pregnant carrying one baby - which I am yet to find the sex out as he/she was being extremely shy @the 20week scan. Got another one @26 weeks so hopefully will find out then. Does your pregnancy aggevate your UC? I've had some sickness problems relating to old scar tissue and the baby putting pressure/squashing my organs!!

Course I don;t mind you posting - how nice to hear from you and sorry about the UC - yours is worse than mine. I have blocked tubes for the same reason as you they believe. Last time with Oliver who died at 20 weeks my UC flared up at 12 weeks and was dreadful so back on steroids. This time it has improved and practically normal - yippeeee. As you know it is an auto immune disease so can get better or worse.
We are nearly the same stage - I am 24.4 so not far apart. Good luck and stay in touch.
