They run from free to about $5000. $4000 is pretty typical.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
My FET's were $3500 + assisted Hatching $500 + refreeze free if you have any to be refrozen $700
IVF/ICSI 3/07 Froze All 36 eggs

Mine was definitely over $4000, I think closer to $5000.
Me- 28 DH- 33 Male Factor
1st IVF- 12/07- BFP! Ella Michele was born 8/26/8
2nd IVF- 04/09 - BFN
1st FET- 09/09 - Chemical
3rd IVF - 04/11 - Embies didn't make it to ET
4th IVF - Fall 2011??
Mine was $2200 which included everything except meds. The PIO shots and estrogen patches were extra. It was a successful cycle so I was on the PIO and estrogen patches for 12 weeks.
That does sound high to me.. In looking back at my receipts, (we did 2 FET's), they were both around $1,800.00. My insurance covered the estrogen pills and PIO shots, so the $1,800.00 was our only expense. Good luck to you!

Mine is around $1800 (and that doesn't include meds) - we have to pay everything out of pocket but at least this time we don't have the follistim (that stuff is expensive!!!)
Best of luck!!

Second FET - Sept '10 - BFN
Second IVF Attempt - August '11 - BFN
Third FET - Oct '11 - expanded embryo - BFP (Blake born 7.5.12)
My FET was $3100 plus meds. I was lucky, my great RE knew we were self pay and only had $ for one cycle. He did a second cycle for me for free, so we could use the rest of our frosties!. God Bless him!
Miscarriage @12 weeks, 2000(natural)
1st DD born 3/21/05 (IUI)(3 IUI's)
2nd DD born 11/17/08 (1st IVF)
FET: 1/21/10, BFN.
FET:2/25/10, BFP. 1st beta # 459; 2nd beta #1106
June 2010, late miscarriage at 17 weeks, baby's heart just stopped beating.
I was quoted $3,000 for my FET but after 2 failed IVF's they didn't have me pay upfront like usual and credited me most of it out of kindness. I think I might owe 500 after all the credits, still waiting for my final statement. I am sure the cost varies depending on where you live and how competetive the facilities are being with each other in the area.
