very flash new digs!

I'm still here Mego, albeit a little less often :D . I am a bit spun out today. I finally bit the bullet and started a tracking cycle with my clinic today. The way to go is that on day two of your cycle you do a blood test...so I get the results and the nurse says, looks like you are a week off starting your cycle, I said, umm no I'm on day two. I then get a call a couple of hours later saying that they ran a preg test on my bloods and it is positive - levels are about 5 weeks.

Thing is I have been bleeding REALLY heavily today and there were big clots in it ...sorry if TMI! Plus apparently my progesterone levels are really low, so husband has rushed off to the hospital to get me some meds...

They are going to re-test on Monday to see if the preg is continuing or if I had a miscarriage. I am freaking out, this is the last thing I expected! Plus I am freaking out because of course Fee started an extreme diet and exercise regime about three weeks ago and I am worried about what I may have done to the pregnancy....oh my the stress!

BLOODY HELL!

Hope all the sisters are OK!

Fee! That is so amazing! And scary....

I'm a big believer that nothing you can do that early in the pregnancy will affect it--it's either going to continue or it isn't. So don't stress that you caused the bleeding. Before I found out I was pregnant with Lucy, I was on a major bender. In addition to excercising, dieting and whatnot, I also was drunk on a fairly consistent basis. (Wow, that sounds trashy but true) And she's perfect. So please, don't add that self-blame stress on top of everything else!

I'm praying for you! Keep us updated....

Aw thanks Mego. I basically agree with you about the early preg thing, heaps of people are preg and do all sorts of trashtastic things before they find out and their kids are fine!

I will just have to wait and see. This weekend is going to be hellish! I had also planned a bit of a bender for this week, a cocktail party and a reunion of sorts with old school mates. Guess old stick in the mud fee will have to sip demurely on some green tea whilst there is a chance of being pregnant....oh and dammit I guess that the gym will have to take a break....ha ha. Will keep you posted, thanks for your praryers.

Hey Everyone!!!!

I miss you all! Seriously!

Fee, I hope you are alright! I've been praying for you since I read it, 2 minutes ago!

Things have been so crazy since I had Gabriel, I mean unreal! But he's here and healthy, and he's 4 1/2 months old. I still can't believe I am a mom!

I've kept him alive for 4+ months, so that's a good thing, right.

I dont' want to bore you with the details of my life, everything is good! But I think of all of you so often, and thank goodness for Facebook, if you're on FB, and you wanna be friends, PM me and I'll tell you how to find me, I am on there quite often and it's been so fun keeping up with Megs and Sassy!

I hope everyone is well!

Thanks Meg. I had my retreival yesterday, and they retreived 15 eggs. I was hoping for more, but oh well, 15 is good. I just got the phone call from the embryologist (sp). He said 5 were too immature:(, two fertilzed with 2 sperm so no good, but that leaves 8 that fertilized normal. The embryologist said that was great. They are going to check on them on Sunday and make a decision. RIght now they are leaning towards doing a 5 day transfer.
