My beta is 1660 18 days post retrieval - am i having twins? I think with my son my number was 800.

That's very consistent with a multiple.

Once the Beta is over 1000 they should be able to see the sac or sacs on U/S. You can ask for one this early and they should be able to tell you how many. Congrats!
