**Angela: The only symptoms that I had this time were the stomach pains...I had the breast soreness after the first one though the day of transfer. Is this the only HCG injection that you take? I was wondering why I ended up taking 2. Now, I'm feeling nothing!! That makes me worry too...I tell ya, this is a killer! You need to stay away from work, if they're calling don't answer the phone you workaholic!! LOL (This coming from a woman who hasn't worked in almost 2 years!!!!) I don't know I make it the 4 hours for my internship! LOL Terrible! And I love being able to post and have support from you also! AFM – Bed rest day number two … and I started my morning out by discussing a serious work matter w/ my manger who is currently out on maternity leave … what are we doing??? It is harder than I thought to just leave work alone!!!!! Also, I spoke to my RE’s nurse this morning and 2 made it to the freezer. I know more would have made it if he could have reached my left ovary. All 10 embryos that they retrieved this time were from my right ovary. But, then came the stress, she says “yeah now we need to collect the $600 fee for anesthesia for the ER and the $700 cryopreservation fee for the (2) eggs”. What the he**? Do I look like a bank? I just dropped well over $4,000 dollars two weeks ago and not to mention the other fees here and there for everything else! And, I just paid a $700 dollar storage fee for the 4 embryos that they already have from my 2008 cycle only two months ago! But, I was smart enough to call my insurance myself and ask about the anesthesia and they said that was a separate fee from my fertility coverage and it should be paid 100%. (After this cycle, I have maxed out my fertility coverage and it is all on us – no pressure, right)? Well, back to the fees, I asked her, I thought all of these fees were included in my deposit not to mention the small portion my insurance paid and of course not. I finally said; I need to call you back because I need to go and rest now. I will talk to you about this later. And, by later, I mean much, much later!! Why oh why does it have to be so very expensive for us to try and conceive? This is ridiculous! Oh well, back to the PMA … lol!

Oh dear Angela, all those frustration about cost will just desapear when you hold your precious little baby in your arms for the first time... You better believe it. Plus you still have 6 now in storage? So you will also have siblings for this little one you are carrying right now...

Hugs... so forget the $$$ for now you need to relax and later much later just give her (RE) what she deserve

Latrell – No, I took two doses of Ovidrel just like you did and I also did the same thing during my first fresh IVF in 2008. I think the first shot is to mature the eggs before ER and then it completely leaves your body in 7 days and is half way out of your body w/in 3 ½ days. So the last dose makes our bodies think we are already pregnant by releasing the HCG and help nourish the egg (after ET) until it implants and starts making its own HCG.

As far as your symptoms, I have known plenty of women who were pregnant w/ no symptoms so don’t worry about that. Also, some women say their symptoms go away then come back, which makes sense since the shot wears of then the placenta takes over and starts making the HCG on its own. I personally have always been very sensitive during my pregnancies. I always become nauseous almost right away and all of the other symptoms that comes w/ pregnancy. So I hope my symptoms continue. But, as far as you, don’t worry you are PUPO.

Emma: Just wanted to let you know that I had the leg and back pains, but I think it was due to laying in the bed so much. Basically the same thing Angela says. Maybe try to move around a little, I know that laying in the same position and not moving can cause poor circulation, which is going to cause your legs to hurt. You're doing good chica! Hang in there.

Latrell – I think either Sunday or Monday will be fine for you to POAS. Especially according to the chart I posted, (you should be producing HCG on your own by Sunday and the chart says it can be detected by a HPT definitely by the next day). So go for it … start Sunday and so on … I will start on Monday or Tuesday.

Hi Ladies,

Thanks for thinking of me, well I cheated yesterday and got a BFP!!!!!!!!!
I am over the moon excited and I had it confirmed with a blood test this AM, beta-78, prog-16, estrogen-250. We are going to tell DD tonight and our moms and siblings this weekend. I would not have gotten through this whole process w/o this board. All of the women here are so amazing!!!!! And I am not going anywhere till we ALL have our BFP's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will do personals later, but I HAD to pop on and share the good news.
