Susan,
Thats tremendous! It's probably great to have an RE so close to answer all your questions, or is it overwhelming to know so much? I am an information addict but I sometimes get in info overload and don't know which end is up.
My husband and I have been together since we were 16 in 96. We got married after a long engagement in 2006. This will be our first child but since I've had abdominal surgery for my Crohn's desease I think I'm popping out much faster. The first two FET's we transfered two embryos and this time only one. I don't know if this is why it worked but one is great! I just hope my progesterone goes up. I normally wear loose clothes, skirts with elastic and alot of my tops already had that empire waist prego look so I don't think many notice. A few friends know I'm pregnant for sure, but the whole community knows we have been going through fertility treatments.
One of my friends, My sister in law and a few other women (who are younger then me) are all pregnant at the same time. I go back and forth on how I feel about it. Especialy with my sister in law,I feel like its always a contest of "you think you have problems....". Tell me what you think.

Congrats on the great NT result - I have my test next Tuesday. We have decided not to do any invasive testing (so no amnio), no matter the results of our sequential screen - but I guess of course if we come back with screen positive then we may have another think about it. But my SIL's family memebers have them regularly - she know 3 Mom's who had it and everything was fine.
Our big news is that we heard the heartbeat this week!! It was amazing - it sounded so strong, it's given me more confidence in this pregnancy

Susan- congrats on the NT scan results! wooo whooo! How far along are you?
Merri- wishing you luck for your scan next week. Isn't hearing the HB amazing? Seeing them wiggle and move around is so amazing too! I'm not doing any invasive stuff either. Mostly b/c we did PGD on all 22 sets of chromosomes when embies were Day 5. We then did transfer on Day 6.
I had a bleeding/clot scare this AM really early. So I had to go see my OB asap. Fortunately all is fine. Babies are moving and HB's are strong. Still have a small subchorionic hematoma that bled 3 weeks ago. It was more scarey today b/c I passed a huge clot. Freaked me out. While I was there he did the sono scan portion of the NT scan. All measured perfect. I'm not doing the blood test portion b/c I have twins and the results are less conclusive with multiples (b/c you can't distinguish which baby could have an issue if it came back at risk b/c the blood results would be cumulative). So if they look physically ok, that's good enough for me.
I hope everyone else is well. Starting to buy maternity clothes. Can't believe I need them already but I guess with twins things start buldging sooner! Big hug to all!

Thanks everyone! It is so fun now after all of that work and heart-ache, to be having nothing but good news. What a change!!!
I had an amnio with my son, but I got preggers with him the old fashioned way and on the FIRST TRY!!!!! Now, after trying for 2 years, it's hard to imagine doing anything to jeopardize the pregnancy. The plan we came up with yesterday was to perform the fetal measurements and re-calculate my risk at that time and then decide on amnio. As for the actualy amnio, it was no big deal when I had it, but there is always that remote risk of miscarriage.
Merri - hearing and seeing is so exciting, isn't it? My scan took 90 minutes and I got to spend the whole time watching my brood hop around inside of me. Waving and flipping and kicking. SO GREAT! We think at least one is a boy, but it is soon to tell.
Karen - glad everything is OK. I can't imagine how worried you were. What a relief to get good news!
I am full on in maternity pants and I told work, because I am popping out FAST. WOW!
