Winnie-I am so sorry your little embie didn't make it to transfer. I hope the insurance gets worked out so you don't have to give up on your hopes/dreams. Best of luck to you!

Angela-Sorry you are in the 2WW torture I am sure it will end with only good news Are you going to POAS?

Lauren1171-The timing of everything seems so crazy but your RE must have a reason for the long wait after AF. Hoping ET works out for you-and if it falls on Thurs. please don't stress-can someone else fill in at work? If not, don't worry-some REs only tell ladies to do "light activity" and no bedrest so you can still be okay.

not hopeless yet-I have been crampy and nauseous the ENTIRE time so maybe it's twins So hard to tell because the meds add some of those feelings. I'm sure you'll have great news soon!

Bei-It just plain sucks that your body is not cooperating. I wish you the best of luck. I'm really surprised your RE won't push meds to start it since it has been so long. Thinking of you!

Teresa-How did the 2nd beta go? I've been doing a doubling (well, actually a tripling ) dance for you! Threw in some extra for good measure!

Tammy-Your PIO issues sound scary-how are you feeling?

Claudia-You saw the heartbeat?! Yeah!!! I am so excited for you!

Heeks-Ahhhh... you've given me hope that I might someday get off the Endometrim. I am tired of it (although I won't complain because it's not a shot like many of you!!) So glad you heard the healthy heartbeat. Now, we need a "boring" 8 months!

Libby-TWINS?! Seriously, are we starting a club? How do you feel?

Franny-Oh, my friend, I LOVE that your perfect embie is snuggling in right now!!! SO EXCITED for you! Enjoy your low key weekend and if you watch a good movie let me know-I need some recommendations!

Hi ladies - hope your Friday night is a relaxing one!!!

Angela - hey! What a small world we live in - the Fetal Maternal Medicine group I'm going to see is the same one you want to see when you get your BFP! I'm not sure which doctor I will end up seeing - I'm sure you have to rotate through them, but I'm not sure. Maybe they pair you with one that specializes in your risk....who knows! I have one more U/S with my RE in 2 weeks and then I will be released. My first appointment with the group will be a detailed ultrasound and an intake appointment with the nurse practitioner. I have to have lots of records sent over to them prior to my first appointment. After the initial appointment with the nurse practitioner, I will then meet with one of the doctors. My sister in law saw this group when she was preganant with her twins and ended up delivering at 32 weeks. She recommeds them to anyone with an issue or high risk pregnancy. If things don't work out this cycle, I'd be happy to talk to you about my clinic. I love it there any can't imagine going anywhere else. Like I told Panama, their stats are incredible! BUT, this will not be necessary because you will get your BFP!!!!!!!!!!!! xo

Franny - I always check on you - I don't always have time to post but I check-in to see how your cycle is going And I think it is going GREAT!!! PMA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Helene - kudos on the gender test! Let us know how it goes. I see the other one you almost bought at Target all the time and I heard it's not accurate. It has a disclaimer on the box that says if you are on progesterone support, the test is inaccurate. So, not the best idea for us IVFers.

SAS - Which RE do you see? Congrats on your 3rd beta btw!!! Did you request 3? I had to request my 2nd one. I love them too!!!!

Tameka - how exciting that your ER is finally here!!!! You will do great!! Just drink lots and lots of gatorade over the weekend and after your ER. It will help keep the OHSS away. I hear that lots of protein is in order as well! Keep us posted and don't be too nervous....it's not as bad as you think it will be.

Babyluv - congrats on the twinies!!! how special for your and your DH - will keep you in my thoughts

Hope - where are you! I'm sending lots of PMA your way for your second beta!!!!

Emmax - I feel like you are finally relaxing a little bit. Try not to focus on every twinge. All you can do at this point is drink lots of water, eat well and get lots of sleep. Don't lay around too much - the embies aren't going anywhere. Get out and do things you enjoy - low stress is a proven factor in anything related to the body!!

Franca - congrats on being PUPO!!! Enjoy the time off your feet the next day or so!!

For anyone else I may have missed - I'm thinking of you too!!!

AFM, nothing new to report. My next US is in 2 weeks and I'll be just over 9 weeks at that point. It'll be weird to be released from the RE - we are all so spoiled by them. Once you get to an OBs office, you are just a normal patient My body is reacting differently to this preganancy than the last. I don't know if it's the EVIL progesterone supplements but my clothes are not fitting me!!! I'm not even showing yet and nothing fits. I've been living in a juicy jumpsuit all week. I"ll take it though - it's all so worth it. Have a great weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been having a difficult time managing my pain. I've been going to work, but the pain makes it so much more difficult - I'm also a lot more sensitive to everything & I completely lost it at work today, so I had to sneak out a little bit early. I'm going to attempt & get out to lunch tomorrow with my hubby tomorrow, since the weather is just beautiful. I can't wait until my appt. on Sunday, b/c I will also get confirmation on my ER for 04/14.

heekinje - Yes I know it's too bad anyone who has more then one or now that you say takes meds the test can't be acurate... Good thing I am NOT on anything and I only have one in there. Lets just hope I don't get the test contaminated with all the boys around here I will have to make sure I take a bath first and sterile a room or something

So almost 8 weeks now... amazing most of the danger zones are passed now you know. You are are going to do great girl.

Franca - yes it's very normal to feel twitches... don't you worry about anything...

Heeks – I am glad you are doing well. That is funny regarding the same HR OB docs. I hear that they are the best! As far as your clothes not fitting, I think most women who become pregnant through IVF need maternity clothes way before normal pregnancies because of all of the hormones prior to our BFPs. Also our ovaries and the bloating will still be there for a few months. I had to buy maternity clothes by the time I reached 11 or 12 weeks in 2008. And, the women who were due around the same time, had to buy them early also. So it is normal.

Franca – Yes, the twitches are normal. Remember, the progesterone is making your uterus thicker and the embryo is trying to implant at the same time. I am having the same feelings!

Paty – I understand how uncomfortable you are … I couldn’t wait until it was time for my ER. I just didn’t remember being that uncomfortable during my first IVF but I think I had double the eggs as my previous IVF this time around. I hope you feel better soon. Remember to keep hydrated!

Emmax – What you are feeling is normal. If you read the post from the majority of them women, not just on our forum, they say the same thing. “It feels like their AF is coming”. When is your pregnancy test?

Oh glad you are taking it easy today girl. Well I can't take it easy right now too busy. When I go to a crop we have to bring so much stuff it's real work but it's my only friends time... I didn't get together with friends since my friend left to the US for the winter so this is very important. But I will try and be careful.

So I went to the doc this morning and they saw a few size 6 one or two 9mm and two at 12mm..

Doc increased my follistim to 375 and now 3 menopour!! He says the others need to catch up or I wont make it to ER...I am hoping thats not the case.

I have a question for you ladies about vaginal discharge..you know how we have our normal discharge and it turns "mily" in color during ovuation. I had that today...anyone know if that means im ovulating early?? or is it just the meds?

Hope thats not TMI LOL

Doc is starting ganirelex tomorrow night...any help???

Lauren – I had the same thing (vaginal secretions) … oh, I would about 4 to 5 days before ER. And, I thought the very thing in regards to ovulation but I didn’t ovulate before ER. I sure hope the increase in the Follistim helps the other follicles catch up. My RE increased me also from 300 to 375 and that did the trick … they started growing like weeds. Remind me again, when is your ER and your next scheduled u/s & BW scheduled?

Angela-Thank you so much for the reply. today is only day 5 of stims. They said somewhere around the 17-19? Based on how I do. This is my first time so Im learning as I go!!

I go back monday for us and bw....how soon did you see a response with the up in medication? any details you can give me would be GREAT!!!

Today they saw a couple at 6mm on the right and i think one at 9mm on right then the left had two at 12 one or two at 9 and maybe two at 6....He said it soo fast I couldnt remmeber!!

Hey Ladies,
Just a quick question. I know loads of you 2wwaiters are having loads of twinges and pains etc. and it's worrying me that I feel NOTHING. During my last IVF, when I got a BFP, I definitely felt things things were 'happening' but this time NOTHING. I am 3dp2dt today. Do you think this means nothing is going on? Have any of you ever not felt twinges and things and still had a BFP? (isn't it funny how we worry when we feel stuff and worry when we don't?). Thanks so much! Kx
