Well, I might start believing I'm pregnant now: we got a strong heartbeat today! Last u/s the RE saw two sacs, but the second one wasn't around this time. So we either had a vanishing twin or it wasn't a sac to begin with. I'm really fine with one strong embie. I'll be 39 next month & don't really need any extra risk factors. DH is telling anyone who'll listen. I still feel like it's early to be sharing, but if my MIL is going to know @ it then I guess my Mom should know as well.

Franny, now you should know better than anyone about crazytown! it's too early for symptoms & definitely too early for POAS! i have definitely been having weirder & more vivid dreams since my BFP, so maybe your crazy dream(s) is a symptom?? sure, why not?! mani/pedi sounds like a great idea - i don't remember how the massage chairs feel, but I would think anything to stimulate your blood flow would be a good thing.

franca - i don't know about high temperatures, but are you talking about feeling hot or really having a fever? if you are just feeling hot, then maybe it's all the hormones? hang in there girl!! its not too much longer until you can test, right?

kushka - how are you doing during your 2ww?

tameka - congrats on your 4 lil embies! transfer day is tomorrow, right?

lauren1171 - yes i use the vaginal progesterone as well 3x/day (or vagi-pops, as someone on this site called them). once i got pregnant, the "feta cheese" turned more...um...liquid like. so i'm wearing panty liners 24/7. good luck with your ET!

Oh I am so happy you still have the one strong heart in there... that's the winner. I am so exited for you and yes you can definitly start to ENJOY!!! your pregnancy ! Go for it girl.

hi everyone
i just started getting some light brown discharge when i wipe! i hate spotting!! i know they say its normal and nothing to worry about, but really...how can you just ignore it and pretend everything is ok?? ahhhhhhhhh i hate the 2ww!!

libby i know to stay out of crazytown, but this spotting is not cool!! i'm so happy you about your u/s today! did you get to hear the heartbeat too or just see it?? sooo exciting!! xoxo

Lauren-thank you im so nervous! I have to go on my way to work at 730 am my shift starts at 7 am an im hoping I have good news otherwise its gonna be a long day!

Turtle-how annoying? I think everypary of this process is nerve racking!! Im sure its that embie snuggling in and making mommy crazy already lol!!

Afm-just got in from a 13 hr day...exhausted! Girls I cant take the suspense anymore I need to know I am going to ER so I can then freak out about that..lol
I dont have too much left as far as meds go so I think tomorrow they will either move forward and stop the cycle! Well im hungry the DH is in grad school so just me and my crazy self!

Hello Everyone,
I had another day of resting and no work. I am excited for ER tomorrow. We are looking at putting 2 embryos back. I feel so very blessed right now considering RE only took eggs from left ovary. DH is excited too. I look forward to being PUPO! I have to travel on Sunday to Boston to visit my grandmother. She is 81 and has pneumonia, kidney failure (just put on dialysis), and is on a ventilator to help her breathe. This evening a feeding tube was placed in her. So the family is concerned and are faithful in the Lord. My grandma loves God and for over 60 years, she always answers the phone by saying, "Praise the Lord". Please keep my grandma, Helen, in your prayers when you pray. I am trying to find ways to reduce my stress and not worry.

I will update my status before I head out of town. Thanks for the well wishes and encouragement everyone!

Helene – I know how you feel but you have to have faith that it will all work out for us and our babies! Remember PMA!!

Franny – thank you so much for the support. My RE will probably decide tomorrow about the progesterone replacements because they will repeat it w/ my second beta.
I would be careful w/ that massage chair because it can be pretty rough on your back especially the lower back. The good news about you having no symptoms compared to when you transferred the last time is this is going to be a BFP and that’s why your symptoms are different. That is how we are going to think about it, ok?

Franca – I am glad you feel better … how high of a temperature are you talking about? I know w/ the hormones I am hot one minute and freezing the next.

Bei – started the BCP … yeah!!!

Lauren – I hope work went well for you today. I hope ER is coming soon for you also!

Libby – thanks for the congrats! I am so happy you heard the HB and you are doing well.

Tameka – good luck w/ ET tomorrow.

AFM- I am exhausted! I had such a long day at work today and I felt like I was going to fall asleep on the drive home from work. I will also have a long day tomorrow night so please pray for me. I can’t wait until the weekend when I can rest. I have to go in early in the morning to have my second beta drawn and I am terrified!

helene - thanks so much and i think i may be ready to join you on "the other side." i have been lurking & reading over there for a while, but it's always felt too soon to join.

babyluv, thanks! i have one more visit with the RE on the 26th and then that's it! i am going to miss everyone at that office - they've all been so wonderful throughout this process.

franny, i'm sorry you have to deal with the discharge. light brown means old blood, so it could just be healing from your ER? or implantation bleeding. the drugs should keep you from having a period, so there really is nothing to worry about. the last few days are the hardest, so i'm glad you get to go away for the weekend. hang in there, my friend!!!
we just saw the heartbeat & the machine tells you what it is...it's the first time i've seen anything move on the u/s, so that in itself was very cool.

lauren1171 - thanks! after my last u/s with the RE i get to stop the vagi-pops and the estridiol, so i absolutely cannot WAIT until that day. 10 more days or so...

lauren - thanks! good luck at your next SnS & hope you get the go ahead for ER!

tameka - best of luck tomorrow & congrats in advance for being PUPO! your grandma Helen sounds like a wonderful lady - i'm glad you get to spend some time with her before she leaves. i'm sure the doctors are doing everything they can for her. (((((hugs)))))

I had my ER this morning & we got 7 eggs I can not tell you how excited I was to hear that we got a larger number this time. My DH could hardly contain himself & my RE was just excited for us. After the ER I was experiencing some abdominal pain, so they game me a shot & some heating pads. However, after I made it home I was in some excruciating pain that kept coming & going. I took some pain meds & that seems to be helping. I'm expecting a call tomorrow morning from the embryologist with the fertilization report. I'm praying that some of my eggs make it through tonight

Tameka: Good Luck tomorrow & I will be praying for your grandma Helen.

Lauren: I hope ER is right around the corner for you

afm the spotting is going away. it was never a lot to begin with, but it was still scary and annoying. hopefully it will be gone when i wake up in the morning. i was so tired this afternoon that i took a really long nap, and now i'm up! i'm gonna try to go to bed though! good night everyone!

Paty - Please keep an eye on that pain and if it is getting worse you need to call your RE immed! Sometimes you can have a small bleeder and not know it. I am so happy that you had 7 eggs ... that is great!

Franny - I am glad the spotting has stopped and your fatigue sure sounds ike a good sign!!!!
