1st IVF! Did embryo transfer today!

Im new to this so any advice would be great. Is there things i should be doing and or things i shouldnt be doing. I have been laying down since I came home, and only up to use the restroom. This is our 1st IVF attempt. Im also a little unfamiliar with all the codes everyone is using. I go feb 9th for my 1st blood test then again on the 11th for a repeat. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

My advice is stay on bedrest!! After bedrest, do NOT lift anything. i know it is temping to want to cook, do laudry, go grocery shopping but honestly... Get take out!! Good luck. My sister just got pregnant with IVF. It works.
