I'm now 6dp6dt, POAS this morning and get a BFN... is there still any hope?
1st time IVF, have never seen two lines on a HPT before, not even the faintest second line...I am so sad...

Yes it can be too early. You have to wait until your official Beta date to say it's BNF...

I would say until you are 13 days together meaning 7dp6dt I would say it can be neg... starting at 13 and 14 days i think it should show depending on what test you use?

Don't give up yet ok.

Yes it can be too early. You have to wait until your official Beta date to say it's BNF...

Thank you. I'm now using the cheapest dollar tree ones. Will try FRER tomorrow. Heard it is the most sensitive one out there in the market, is it true?

Dollar store ones require much more hcg to work. You need to do the FRER one and even at 13dp or 14dp...it can still be too early. Keep the faith!

AFM...Zach is having surgery tomorrow. He was born with a nevus (mole) on the side of his belly that can easily to turn to cancer because of the type it is. It has already grown to the size of a dime and is almost black in color with irregular borders and is slightly raised. We have to be at Childrens Hospital at 11:15 and surgery is at 1:15. The doc thinks with both my parents dying of cancer at very early ages...is even more reason to get it done now...and not wait till it is too late. They had a cancellation for tomorrow...so we took it. No reason to make it for next week...and stress about it for another week. Especially my DH, Bill...he is already having a panic attack...and I've already cried a little. I am sooo scared that he wont wake up...and yes I know, that is just stupid thinking....but I cant help it. I kinda see it as a blessing that we are going tomorrow rather than next week...so that the stress of it coming up doesnt affect my pregnancy as much...if that makes sense. It will be outpatient and he will be going under general anesthesia. They said that this is good timing...so that he can go swimming and enjoy the sun in a few weeks. Dear God, I hope we are making the right decision. Please keep him in your prayers. Thanks girls.

Ladies – I still didn’t get the news that I was expecting so I cannot put my mind at ease. My HCG level increased from 108 to 207 in 72hrs. My RE still isn’t concerned because he thinks my high progesterone levels are diluting my HCG levels. I thought an increase from 108 to 207 was ok because now they say that your HCG should double in 48 to 72 hours not just 48 hours. So now I am back to square one … another HCG test on Wednesday, which I am sure will not double by then either. This is driving me crazy.

My progesterone level today was 257, which is still so very high for this stage of my pregnancy. My RE says it should be around 50, so that is why he thinks my pregnancy is progressing just fine. He said the vaginal suppositories are not affecting my progesterone levels so this is all from my ovaries. If I didn’t have a child at stake, I just feel like giving up. My life is constantly on hold involving fertility and I end up with nothing in the end. I am just so upset that once again, I am worrying about losing yet another child.

I hope you don't mind me crashing in on the group. I'm in Charlotte, NC and could really use the support. Today I went for my first transfer...FET. I went through an IVF cycle in 10/09, but had to have surgery because my fibroids went haywire after minimal drugs. I had to take lupron depo for 3 months have surgery on 12/23 (in hosp for xmas) then wait 3 months to heal...Today is finally the day, I got to transfer 2 of my FE (we had 3). Well today my Dr. said the thawed perfectly & they transferred perfectly. I asked her about the quality she said they were all BB, which was good. I'm praying and very hopeful. If it doesn't work we'll do 1 more cycle and if that doesn't work we'll do 1 more FET, but after that. We won't do anymore. If it is the Lord's will, I'll be pregnant with this successful transfer

Hi girls..My test was BFN..I am devestated and heartbroken..I am going to try again but I am terrified of the emotional roller coaster and of feeling like this again..this really sux...M y RE told me to come in on day 2 3 or 4 of my period,,,How soon can I try again???

I am new here. I am 2dp3dt transferred 2 8 cell embies. 2ww is killing me. this is my first IVF cycle. My first Progesterone BW is tomorrow.

I was VERY sleepy most of the day. I had my ER today two eggs which was pretty upsetting so I need your prayers!!! Will hear in the morning if they were able to ICSI them both and if they fert. If so transfer will be thursday if possible..

Franny hun Im so sorry I really am. My heart goes out to you guys! Dont give up hope and know that we are here for you..

Angela-Girl this process sure does take alot out of you, your life, everything and you are a strong women, hang in there! Wishing you the best! I wish I knew more about whats going on so I could help you..
