I am so disappointed. Although these past several days I have made myself prepared for the outcome, when it really came, when I figured out the not-so-happy-tone from the nurse, I know it is official. Don't know what we should do next. Still have 10 day 3 embryos, but since the best quality day 3 embryos were not successful, and the development actually slowed down when growing to day 5, I don't have any faith on the remaining embryos. should I request to thaw them and grow them to blastocyst stage first for the frozen cycle? Thanks.

I am so sorry to hear of your BFN. For some women, transferring blastocysts just isn’t ideal for them, maybe you need a 3 day transfer. There is a lady on this site who’s RE insisted on a 5 day blastocyst transfer and each time there was a problem and BFN. So this past cycle, she insisted on a 3 day transfer and she got her BFP. Some embryos just do better once they are back in the womb. I would suggest sitting down w/ your RE and discuss what he/she thinks went wrong and how your next cycle will be different i.e. protocol, etc.
Thanks Angela. It was truly a bless for me to be able to find you gals here. This road is so hard and has so many uncertainties, every day sitting here and reading your stories I gain the strength to keep going. I hope you have an uneventful pregnancy and good luck to all ladies here.

This is about the earliest that an HPT has any chance of detecting the pregnancy, but it's not reliable at this point. You might try again in 2-3 days, and again 2 days after that. There are excellent reasons why your clinic does not test yet, especially not with something as insensitive as an HPT.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
