I did get cramping this morning. I was also very scared. But I think it's due to bad food from mc donald. No bleeding so far... I hope you are doing good too dear. I seam to be doing better only on Tea today. No cramping right now...

I love your pictures and I have one to share but not of me... this is my 12 week u/s and I am measuring at 12 weeks 4 days. The word is out...IT'S A GIRL!!!

The u/s tech said 90% chance that it is a GIRL! This was my instinct as well because I feel so different than when I was pregnant with DS but we are OVER THE MOON EXCITED!!!

Also - check out http://www.ingender.com - this website has u/s pics posted and tells you how to see if the gender is boy or girl...very interesting!

Katie remember hjw had really bad cramps around 16 wks she was terrified but it was just round ligament pain. I get little cramps all the time but they are scary if bad.

Claud sorry to hear you had that damn spotting, our clinics Never check progesterone level here so i havent a clue how i am doing, i am supposed to stop crininone at 12 wks but i have enough for 15 wks so i will prob just use it up and wean myself off rather than just stopping, i know its know harm as after my last mc i was told my ob would keep me on it till 16 wks so i am assuming its ok though i will ask next wk.

You will know what to do with those embroyos after you have the baby its just hard for your dh to consider another when you only recently had a baby and one on the way. Dont stress things will work out or you can go with the idea of carrying for your friend that is an amazing gift to give to anyone and there isnt enough surrogates out there.

Oh really. You are best of friends ... fantastic... you are right he is just worried and it's understandable. And yes my others could be 2 sets of twins boy there is no way I can do that. Oh how I would love to carry for my friend. I am just worried that my daughter would say "why didn't you keep my brothers with me" kinda talk What do you say? I know they were going to be divided between 3 couples anyways and all would have been anonymous they would not be sad. But I think of regular adoption and how you cannot seperate siblings in adoption. Imagine you live away from your siblings??

I guess I should understand it since I recently found out about my other adopted sister and we are best of friends... She is my half sister, she is amazing and is also 5 years older then me. My goal was to have siblings so she doesn't feel alone. I guess you are right we shall wait and see anything can happend... hey who knows I am not even passed 10w... so get a grip mama I am jumping the guns Good thing they won't get any older being in the freezer

helene just read your post and thinking of what your daughter might think, i believe that if you put it out in the open from an early age and explain how much you really wanted her but also that your friend really wanted a baby too she will understand. If children are brought up in a secure and loving environment and told the truth from an early age they will be able to adapt, you are a great mother and your daughter will be fine. When we were considering using my sis as a donor we always said we would tell our child the truth. There is just so much to think about but you have plenty of time...well 7 mths though i kinda suspect you know what you really want to do just follow your heart and you wont go wrong xxx

Ah tammy my heart is breaking for you, life can be so cruel and so unfair. To have a m/c at any stage is devastating but when we go thro. ivf then to mc its the biggest blow of them all. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers, you will be tried and tested over the next while but little zach will pull you thro. take some strength from him xxxx
