Hi Ladies, is there room for one more?

I know some of you from the other side & look forward to getting to know the rest of you. I've been super tired all the time it seems & most days I am sleeping by 8:30pm. I've also been in denial that I am really pregnant & it's really happening...but, I got released from my RE this week, the embie is measuring good for its age & had a nice hb of 173 bpm. Was very very nice to see it moving around - I swear it was waving to us. I am also officially off my IVF meds!!

Seems like I need to start taking & sharing some pictures too. It's great to put faces to names finally.

Oh, and my due date is November 29th. No idea about gender yet, but the Chinese chart predicts a girl for us.

Libby - Welcome! Always room for one more, then one more, and one more... well you get the point. Congrats on your BFP!! YAY!! You are in your 9th week, your little one isn't an embie anymore, it's a fetus!! There are a lot of predictors in this thread for girls. Must be nice to be off all the meds! I fianlly got off PIO yesteraday! My toosh is finally happy again.

I am have no idea about symptoms and pregnancy stuff yet so please forgive me for not doing individuels (im not good at it anyway). Really nice to see everyone positive and happy .

I did another poas yesterday because i didnt have symptoms, (positive ofc) I think my italian neurosis is starting to come out , my scan is on the 14th of may 2 weeks today, feels like forever away! I just want everything to be perfect, after the first trimester hopefully il feel abit calmer. Thank god im married to a Doctor as i dont think i would cope !! i ask him some really stupid questions sometimes. Oh well

Katie - sorry about not getting your results how frustrating!!

OK so you girls NT Scans are the same as my IPS scan which stands for Integrated Prenatal Screening. It's done in 2 parts with bloodwork and everything and it's exactly the same thing done between week 11 and 15 the first time. Finally I understand that term. Thanks a lot. I am going for mine at 12w so I won't see the sex for sure.

claud - I know I had been waiting for that u/s for weeks and missed it. I was like in the lala land

I am glad you will be able to relax more after your classes are done. Good for you. Me my job ends on Nov 5th and baby is due Nov 28 so it's perfect timing too Too bad I get time off in the winter but I guess it's good I prefer NOT going out anyways in the cold

lou - oh glad your gm seams ok now and that they are doing testing. Oh I would not worry we get hurt here and there at times and it's nothing. Hopefully everything is fine

Glad everything looks fine and you know a hb of over 140 normally indicate a girl so maybe you will be a pink mama Due nov 29 that's what my RE told me too yesterday but it makes sense we did the transfer the same day... what a lucky day that was Glad you are off your meds. Oh the gender calendar says girl... well I told you just by your hb... anyone else know their baby hb... just to guess what sex you are going to have Anything below 140 is boys and above is girls

AFM - Long weekend coming up. Shopping for my son's first communion Sunday. Family pictures saturday at church and walmart and pictures of Nick's communion on Sunday. We are also trying to get the baptism going either this sunday or next. And we get the keys for the house tonight so we officially have the rental and can move in on the 15th

Claudia -- HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!! I hope you have a great day! Your pics are awesome. Such a cute little bump you have. Probably showing early because you are so thin. I'm more muscular in build. Are you in maternity wear yet? I think I will be in another 3 weeks or so! I've got a couple of pics on my phone that I will have to post this weekend. Keep the pics coming!

Katie -- Still no P4 result? hmmm... RE must not be worried then. Have you been released yet? Have you seen an OB? And thanks for your input on causes of mental status changes in the elderly. We still don't know what caused that for grandma.

Babyluv -- No idea what happened to grandma. She's still at the hospital but asking to go home. I've been getting headaches too. Hormones?

Libby! -- Ah, we cycled back in Nov09. Congrats! It's great to see you hear. I think we're having lots of baby girls on this board. That's my feeling.

Franca -- haha... I took 5 HPT's in weeks 7-9 because I was scared that I had no symptoms. Silly, I know. But I got them at the dollar store and it was worth the piece of mind. My u/s at 9w5d showed a 2.3cm fetus with a heartbeat of 146! So stop worrying. No symptoms can be totally NORMAL too!

Helene -- Thanks for the cabbage gender test instructions. I'll let you know if I do it. Sounds like you have a busy weekend coming up. Enjoy!

AFM -- Grandma is still at the hospital. She wants to go home. Haven't really found anything wrong with her yet. I'm doing well today. Yesterday I was really exhausted. I was supposed to go to a dinner last night but I couldn't make it. I was in my pj's by 7PM. My OB office called this morning and changed my NT scan appt to Wed 5/19 instead of Tue 5/18. Oh well, what's one more day? I scheduled a massage for this evening. My back has been bothering me. And I've got a busy weekend too... especially with grandma being in the hospital. I'll try to post a couple more pics sometime though.

Franca my clinic doesnt do betas so i just continued to poas, do you have the digital test that shows you the number of wks since conception i did one of those a wk and it was a relief to watch the number of weeks pregnant creep up it reassured me that my hcg was increasing.

babyluv a lot of my cramps go away if i lie down though i really cant tell the difference between cramps and stretching, they are not painful sometimes weird j keeps asking me if they are normal and i am like "dont know never been this pregnant before!!"

AFM going to jasons sis house for weekend so wont be on till sun, have a great weekend everyone its a long wkend here though j says every day is a holiday for me!!! Will think about when i will return to work after scan next wk but hopefully it wont be for another month or so.

Hello Ladies!

Libby- so glad to see you here!!!

Helene- isn't communion stuff SO crazy!!!! I have a LIST of peoeple to call, confirm, add food and cupcakes, confirm deliveries, etc! I am an event planner and now having to rely on other people to do things is KILLING me! But I think DH and I did a good job of planning this so we could enjoy ourselves (especially since I could be confined to a chair the entire time). Have fun this Sunday.

Sorry if I didn't get to everyone else, but my company just left and I feel like I have a thousand phone calls and emails to make.

I am still bleeding (red), but the cramping is SUPER minimal. I am laying on the couch as much as possible. I am finding that doing the simplest task drains me of all of my energy! I am hopign this weekend flies by and we get some good news and see a heartbeat Monday morning.

gi - oh now I understand. Me I am on all day at work weekdays but nights and weekends forget it way too busy Yes I asked to reverse my screenames and he was able to do it this morning I was really happy. I had mentionned it before I might do that if he can and today was my lucky day You are so lucky to have time off way to go girl.

DrBoots - yes it's going to be a crazy weekend... oh la la!! Yes dear please rest as much as you can your little bean is counting on your girl. I am sorry you are tired also. Last night I just gave my baby boy a quick bath and I was so drainned after I had to go to bed... wow stupid. Hang in there girl.

AFM - So it is now confirmed we are baptizing my baby boy this Sunday at 7pm Mass so my family out of town don't have to come twice... (my mom). My sister says she is too busy... she is such a looser. Thanks I have a half sister that cares but unfortunatly I can't invite her cause my mom doesn't like her cause she is my dad's other daughter... Life can be so complicated. So here is my schedule for the weekend:

Friday night shopping for missing things for family photo
Saturday morning boys at music dh back with them at 11
Got to get myself ready in the morning while taking care of the others
1pm family photos at Walmart
2:30 family photo at the Church

Sunday 1pm communion
3:30 pm communion photos
7pm baptism

I am also trying to book a family photo for the baptism (different colors then the Saturday before). I might NOT get that one in??

Oh lordy.... now my OB office has called me AGAIN to change my next appt. I'm now having my NT scan and screenings done on 5/12 instead of 5/18 or 5/19. I told them I already had an appt on 5/5 but they told me to keep that one too! I don't understand why they want to see me twice only a week apart. After that, I'm going to Europe from 5/24-6/5 so I hope that's not a problem. Why am I worrying about this? I dunno.

Hi everyone -

OK, so my 2nd OB appt was just as basic and boring as the 1st one was - notice how I only like appts that have a u/s? hee hee
He decided not to redo my pap since last time he didnt get enough cells, he said that the Crinone will invalidate the results, then asked me if i've ever had a pap come back abnormal - I said no, so he said it can wait til after delivery - so yippeee for that! I was thinking that I'd be spotting after it anyway, so i wasnt looking forward to having it done. He found the HB with a dopplar on the first try! HB was 158 this time. He asked me why I still wasnt released from my RE and I told him that my P4 keeps coming up at 20-30 ( and no, I still havent heard from my RE yet ) the OB told me " at this stage taking crinone is a moot point" but then said "I dont want to mave waves, so continue to do what your RE says" So that makes me feel better. He said that I've just put on 2 lbs since the last visit (HUH? HOW? I feel like I eat all the time) but then laughed and said " but dont take that as a licence to live on cake" Not a problem as I'm not a big eater of sweets - now Taco Bell, thats another story! Darn those chalupas!!! he told me to book my Anatomy scan for 18 weeks (which sounds so far away, but is really just 3 weeks) Oh, this chance of Down's is 1 in 600,000. Whew! He asked if I want an amnio since its donor embies and i told him that I trust my RE with my life ( after 7 cycles I feel I know him pretty well ) And that I'm sure there is no reason for it. The OB said he didnt think so either. I asked him if there was anything about gender in the NT b/w and he said they dont check for that. UGH!!!!! OK, I can wait another 3 weeks - but they better tell me at the Anatomy scan!
I'm starving!! so i'm going to grab some luch and then i'll come back to do personals - xoxoxo
