Hope you don't mind me posting a question for someone else!
My sister-in-law is undergoing ovulation induction at the moment, using Puregon and an HCG. It's taken a couple of times to get the right dosage. The last time she had one nice egg brewing and took the HCG injection. 7 days later she started bleeding. Doesn't it normally take 14 days for the bleed to start if no fertilisation took place? I know that with IVF bleeding can occur at any time but she's not had any embryos implanted - this bit is being left to nature (if you get my drift! ) She's undergoing treatment as she doesn't ovulate naturally. Next step for them is IVF.
Any reasons why bleeding occur after 7 days would be really helpful.

PS - for those of you undergoing IVF/treatment at the moment, keep positive! I'm one of the lucky ones and am now proud mum to 7 month old twin boys. 2nd attempt at IVF.
Not positive on this but it would appear she has just had a break through bleed earlier - sometimes messing even slightly with the ovaries means that you can bring on or delay bleeding by 7 days or so. Also without knowing anything else depends surely on what her hormones were doing too!
Actually have just read through this and it reads a pile of doo and is no help at all. there will be others much more help
Hope MAx and Harvey are well
