I had my first Ultra Sound this morning since being on my injections and it did not go as well as I planned. I have two nice looking follies and five small fallies. My RE told me that I will most likely have to come in tomorrow to see if my smaller ones have grown and if not we will most likely cancel the cycle. I asked my RE why only two would be big and the rest be small and she stated it was because of my high FSH levels. I had at least 9 good follies during my clomid challenge and now only have 2 on 20 cc of Lupron and 450 dose of gonalF. I am so confused on why I had a good reaction to the clomid and not so much of a reaction to my microflare protocol.
My question for all of you is Has anyone experienced this type of report at their first ultra sound/blood work appointment and if so what happened with the cycle?
My main goal is to remain positive and not give up but this morning has set me back a bit...

Was your E2 low before stim/flare? If the E2 is a little elevated, it can indicate one or two follicles are already ahead of the others.
