Summer cycle group

Hi everyone!
I decided we needed a summer group since the last few cycle groups have been 1 month groups, and all of us "old timers" know that a full cycle is usually 2 months! I hope all of my fellow repeat offenders will join me here to keep up our much needed PMA!
I also hope that my friends who have gotten pregnant from past cycles will stop by often for support and advice! There is no such thing as "crashing" around here!
so i wont bore you with my horrific past with IVF...my sig. pretty much sums everything up anyway. I am looking forward, not backwards, and ready to start this ride again. I have one more shot at this with my current RE, and then if its a BFN I have one more "back up" plan, and then it looks like the end of the road. So i'm trying to stay focused on the day at hand, and take this step by step.
It gets harder each cycle to build up my PMA so i need all of my girls to join in and help!!
so who's with me???
it doesnt matter when you will start your cycle, but if you are planning on one over the summer months we can keep each other company here!!

afm i started BCP's today!! I will be on them until june 20th, and then go in for my first SnS on the 25th! I'm excited to have a new plan to look forward too, even if it is a long shot because we will be using the same protocol as last times BFN!

Turtle- Hello, pretty sure I have cycled with you before. I should transfer around mid June with 3 3day embies this time. I hope to freeze a whole bunch of embies. Last cycle RE retrieved 15 eggs, 10 were good embies hoping to get similar #'s. I'm doin a one month cycle, no bcp's with the new RE. Plus, doin the antagonist protocol, so it is really only 2 weeks then transfer. I'm just waitng for AF to arrive then the game begins I did get pregnant last cycle but had a chemical. Recently found out DH has low morph so we will be doin ICSI. I cycled all last summer off and on only to be cancelled x 2. This will be my third summer going to the RE's office,YAY!!!! Well @ least it hopefully will be in good weather. This also will be our last fresh, were running out of insurance and are paying for a good amount this time. Looking forward to seeing you on the boards.

Glad to hear i dont have to gatecrash anymore!!! Just wishing you the best of luck if you also look at my signature you will see i didnt get a sniff of a bfp till 5th attempt now it may have ended in tears but gave us the faith and determination to keep going. Gonna cross all me fingers and toes for ye, i always read the boards so will be watching out and praying for you.

jenice hi hun! of course i remember you! we cycled back in nov/dec right?? (ive been on so many boards back to back its hard to keep track..sorry )
i remember what you went through, and my heart was broken for you and DH! i'm so so sooooo happy to see you starting again!! thats sooo exciting! yay! i will also be doing antagonist but with BCP's because i am going away in the middle of june and wanted to time my cycle for as soon as i got back, and my RE said it was ok! i think the antagonist and ICSI will really help you get a great amount of beautiful embryos this time! when is AF due?? i'm so happy to have you back in the game!!

gi you are awesome, and i hope you stop by often!! how are you feeling? has it sunk in yet that your preggers?? have you been able to tell anyone yet? keep my updated! i miss you

Hi Franny!
I'm glad to hear you are still in the game. I was with you in the March/April thread and I guess I had a chemical? Is that when you get a positive beta but the number drops and results in a BFN? I never did understand what a chemical pregnancy was. Anyway, I will be going in for a fresh cycle around August 28th which is still technically late summer right? So I'm here to follow along at everyones heels! Wishing all you beautiful ladies good luck in your cycles and a great weekend!~TERESA

Hi Franny!!! Good luck! I should be cycling sometime this summer. I got a BFP with my FET, but it has not developed normally is what they say. My beta keeps going up but not doubling. I am 7 weeks and it's only 768. At 1st they thought ectoptic. I had U/S last Friday and they could not see anything. Beta was 550 that day. 2nd U/S was Monday and I could see a tiny sac. They say they did not see anything in it, and it was way smaller than it should have been. Now they want another US on Monday to determine if they will give me methotrexate shot in my bum to cause misscariage. I have been lightly spotting since May 10! Very weird! Anyway, I have to wait a month if this ever ends, so I am thinking end of July. Good luck to everyone!

teresa hi sweetie! of course i remember you! its so good to hear you get to try again! of course the end of august is still summer! i'm so glad you are jumping in. hopefully this will help keep the days moving faster. its so nice to have a place to come and get support and/or vent. I find the waiting to start part just as hard as finally getting started, so please hang around so we can count down the days till your BFP!!

lauren oh dear i cant believe you are going through this! i was wondering what happened, but i thought you had already miscarried. which made my heart hurt so badly for you, but to still be going through this must be so hard. are you still on meds? how do you feel about getting that shot? what are they looking for on monday to decide if they should go ahead with the shot or to keep moving forward with the pregnancy? how are you holding up?? how is DH? i just want to give you a big hug right now. i cant imagine how you are feeling. please keep me updated, and let me know what they decide on monday. I really hope you dont have to cycle again over the summer, but if you do i am here to cheer you on! xoxoxo

I'm fine since I knew from my very low first few betas that there may be a problem. I just want it to end so I can start again! And wearing these giant pads every day for the past two weeks sucks! I will know more on Monday I hope!

lauren i'm glad you are feeling ok about all this, but i know it cant be easy at all. i am here for you!! having to wear big pads for 2 weeks cant be helping either. yuck!! i am thinking of you, and please let me know what happens on monday.

afm i am a HUGE LOST fan, and if you watch TV i'm sure you know its the series finale on sunday. DH and I are such big geeks that we are having a big LOST party with our friends. I decided to do it up right, and i am turning our house into "the island" serving sushi and DH is making "wild boar" (i dont eat red meat so thats all on him man! haha). I got lotto tickets for everyone, and some stuffed polar bears, and i am making an island cake with palm trees, darma beer cans, fish biscuits, a plane cut in half, and some darma sharks swimming in the ocean! ok, ok i know i'm a dork, but its sooo much fun just to plan it all, and i cant wait to see how it all turns out!
day 2 of BCP's down...a billon more to go haha
