AF arrived today, but my RE only starts stims on Thursdays. Will I be able to start this week? What day of AF do stims normally start? Is day 4 too late?

Starting on day 1 or shortly after is more common. But I don't know of any problem with starting a little later. If this is your clinic's usual practice, then you should check their success rates and see if they are lower than the national average. If not, then it's probably not a big issue.
