Unusual AF after ER?

As I have previously posted, I had cancelled my ET because of OHSS. The Ob/Gyn (one of the good ones that actually works in the IVF clinic I am going to, rather than one of the ones I had to explain to what OHSS was...) in the hospital told me to expect AF to turn up 12 - 14 days post egg retrieval and to expect it to be heavier than usual. Well, it did turn up 10 days post ER and has lasted lightly for all of 2 days and that appears to be it. Cramping was worse than usual but almost no bleeding. I have PCOS and very irregular periods - sometimes not getting it for months and in the last two years, have usually bled for weeks until I see the doctor for meds to stop it.

Is this something to be concerned about? I don't have another appointment to see the specialist until June 15 when I was hoping to start the FET cycle.

Perhaps it is something to be concerned about. I can't speak for other clinics, but my clinic likes to see the endometrium shed fully before a new one is built up for the FET cycle.

Ovarian stimulation usually causes estradiol levels to soar to extreme levels, especially in OHSS types, and that elevated estradiol is what makes the endometrium grow thicker than normal. I would expect that you had the thickest endometrium you've ever had in your life in that cycle. So there should have been an exceptionally heavy flow from it.
