Hi

I am so sorry about your son.

All I took was a multi vitamin and folic acid every night before and during the cycle. I cut out all caffeine throughout both cycles, even chocolate. Throughout my pregnancy I kept caffeine to a minimum and followed food guidelines (e.g no tuna, peanuts, offal, etc)

I hope you have a succesful cycle and get your miracle

I was told eat as if you are pregnant. The guidelines state minimal tuna due to heavy metal levels. Salmon is fine. Peanuts can increase the chance of asthma in children if you eat when you are pregnant. I avoided them and my son may have asthma anyway!

Hi! I found these websites that can help you determine what not to eat during pregnancy:

Foods to Avoid When You're Pregnant
Steer clear of foods that pose health risks for you and your baby.
By Elizabeth M. Ward, MS, RD
WebMD Feature

What are the foods I should avoid during pregnancy?

This is from the second link:
Fish Exposed to Industrial Pollutants: Avoid fish from contaminated lakes and rivers that may be exposed to high levels of polychlorinated biphenyls. This is primarily for those who fish in local lakes and streams. These fish include: bluefish, striped bass, salmon, pike, trout, and walleye. Contact the local health department or Environmental Protection Agency to determine which fish are safe to eat in your area. Remember, this is regarding fish caught in local waters and not fish from your local grocery store.
