May cycle buddies

Post by shelld »

Hi May Cyclers.

Welcome to Julyann good to have u with us.

My EC on Friday went great didnt feel a thing and couldnt remember anything afterwards, they used a drug which affects your memory, apparntly i was blabbing away all the way through and even watched the scan display which I dont usually. I got 9 eggs (last scan i had said i would have 5). I've checked with clinic and 3 were immature and of 6 mature 4 fertilised (on ICSI) so hoping those little embies are splitting as they're supposed to... Having ET on Monday all being well and got to decide if putting back 2 or 1.

Shellie
Hope your cramps are getting less frequent..I had a growth spurt like u so hopefully that's a good sign for your EC....keep on taking it easy

Hi Christina,
This is my 1st time too - everyone is so helpful and welcoming here! So glad I started posting... With your injections, are you on the d.reg stage or stims? Everyone seems to be on different ones and I'm not sure of all the diff names!
Anyway Good Luck to you!

49 days and counting

Post by Bronagh »

Kel,
I have been down regulating for 49 days i have had my AF twice they told me I didnt need a blood test if I had my Af but I thought I would get one anyway as I have never had one.

Then when I had it they said my levels were too high , they were going down on the third blood test but now they are going up again. They are a very busy clinic and I think to start with I was schedualed for so long just to fit into their timetable of scans etc. Anyway not much I can do ABOUT IT.........................EXCEPT ANOTHER BLOOD TEST

Bro - Blimey! That is not fair!! They need to get organised to get it right for you.. Can they change your levels for d.regging or not? Or change to injections?

I am on the stimms for 2 weeks, I go for another scan 2morrow,2 see if the merional is working. I was on the Buserelin for 3 weeks but the time soon goes. Just trying to take it as it comes. It felt like a lifetime for me also. :) Got another blood test 2morrow also & the down reg drug buserelin worked very effectively, thankfully.
