GHOST and anyone else..I have a ?

I know everyone is different, but I am hoping maybe you could give me some insite:

I am on my first IVF cycle. I have been stimulating since last wednesday.
On Tuesday I went in for my fourth sonogram. I had 19 follicles.
My largest was a 14 and my smallest was at a 7. My estradil was also at 1500 so they decreased my meds for Tuesday night and last night. I took 75 on Tuesday night and 112.5 of Gonal F last night.
I go in today at 3pm to check my follicles again.
When do you think I will get my trigger? Any idea?
I was HOPING tonight or tomorrow night? Is that wishful thinking?

Probably by Saturday.

Note: Some clinics don't trigger on Fridays because they don't like to do retrievals on Sundays.
