methotrexate? your experience, info?

Has anyone here taken methotrexate for an induced miscarriage? If so, how long did your doctor say you had to wait to try IVF again? Did he say anything about it robbing you of folic acid and a concern with a new pregnancy? Any other info you can share?

I had an ET on May 10th, 2010 and my betas were as follows:

5/19 33
5/21 57
5/25 36
6/1 44
6/8 226

It could be an ectopic but no one is sure cause you can't see it on U/S. I can either wait and see if I miscarry naturally or I can take methtrexate, my numbers don't seem to be going down though so I don't know how long I would have to wait. I would like to do another cycle this year and don't want to wait much.

In about 15 min! I am very curious to see what happens. Re seems shocked and when I had a phone consult with another RE yesterday he seemed shocked as well. I just pray for a good outcome for all of us, whatever that may be!

Took a shot of methotraxate yesterday and my OB said it was an ectopic. Now I just wait.
