This is my first attempt at IVF and I find it very difficult to decipher the numbers and what they should be on certain days. I started stimulation on Saturday with daily 300 iui of Follistim in th evening and 5 of Lupron in the AM. I got my first bw done today and I was told that my estrogen level is a little high although still within normal levels. Does 191 seem very high for only 2 days of stimulation? They did reduce me to 275 for tonight with a follow up bw/us on Weds.
I am a little concerned because they went ahead with the IVF even while having a non estrogen producing cyst. Any advice would be most appreciated!

I too had a non-hormone producing cyst, and my doctor went ahead. As you can see, it was successful. . As for your levels, I am not sure, but I bet Ghost will know!

Estradiol numbers are all over the place. I don't really know what a good day 2 number is.
They reduced your dosage slightly. Apparently they think your follicles are responding well, slightly better than anticipated. That is good news compared to most alternatives.
There is some chance that if you respond too well they might want to coast you, or cancel your transfer and perhaps freeze all of your embryos. In rare cases they may cancel the trigger and abandon the cycle completely. But those patients are usually not the ones started at 300 IU FSH. Most often they are identified as high responders before the cycle, based on FSH, AMH, and/or antral follicle count. High responders usually are started at more like 200, maybe less.
Avoid IVF and surrogacy in Ukraine. Ukrainian centers pay shills to post here under numerous sock accounts pretending to be patients in Ukraine. Centers using such deceptive advertising cannot be trusted and should be avoided.
Thanks for all of your support and the answers! I have been all over this site, reading the posts and staying a background guest. It took a lot for me to finally post a question and participate and it has been hugely helpful! Its such a relief to know that someone has been in a similar situation with a positive result. You can really get caught up in all of the little "tests" along the way, hoping that you pass this one to be able to get ready for the next one just a couple of days away.
I think that I will just try and take it easy and allow the doctors to figure out whats best. It may be one case where having too much information is not a benefit. Thanks again!
