Ghost- Cyst

I was all scheduled to start IVF a few weeks ago, but when they went in to do my initial us, they found a cyst measuing at 1.97. They said that since it was over 1.5 I could not proceed.
so, they told me to wait until my AF started and then start BCP again. It of course started 3 days after my us.
what are the chances that the cyst will be gone? I am on BCP for 17 days and am just not sure that that is enough time or the cyst to "dissolve".

any thoughts woul dbe grealy appreciated.

They are usually gone. If not, then they can aspirate it or treat it with medication. Cysts have been known to lead to multiple delayed cycles, but not all that often. I don't know the chances.

I have a cyst too, I wonder how long it takes for them to go away.

when I went in on the 4th of June I had my cyst. I am going back on June 30 and pray that it is gone. If not, we are probably doomed:(

Just wanted to update you. I went in on June 30 and there was NO cyst. I got the green light to continue my cycle:)
